Momo Grill Truck

Get the chicken and chicken chili momo! It was a random Sunday afternoon that I got to spend by myself while Gavin's at the temple learning about Buddhism and Vietnamese. I drove to the temple in Palo Alto to visit my grandpa (his picture is there) and decided to get gas on my way back. Had no idea there was a food truck meet up here. I was determined to stop by after Costco. I was excited to see momos on the menu. That was the first truck I saw. I didn't eat it the same day. These tasted great, still. I microwaved them but if I wasn't super lazy, steaming them for a few minutes would do the trick. The chicken momos were succulent. The chicken chili momos were earthy and had some heat to it. The chili sauce it came w/ elevated the heat, it was spicy but super tolerable. Accepts cards. Service was friendly. Will be back!

Tried different food here but never had a bad food experience than Chicken Manchurian, the smell of the meat and the way chicken was cooked is not that great. The taste of the Manchurian is very raw and didn't like the taste. They were supportive to give another different replacement item. The chicken fried momo and chicken fried rice are good, can try atleast one time. Won't recommend Chicken Manchurian here.

No ambiance as this is only a take out place.This is the second time we picked up the food from here & i must say it was far better than how it was 2 years back.Everything was fresh, flavorful. Momos had lots of filling in them. Fried rice were not sticky and had moderate amount of oil. Totally satisfies your indo Chinese/nepalese street side food craving!

This can be a great evening snack for anyone. Well steamed and light on stomach veg snack and I love the dip that they serve. They mention their apt preparation and pick up time. So you can chill in the car while you food is getting prepared. There a lot of food truck options available in the vicinity. Well light up area which gets busy in the evening.

We got the chili chicken momo, the regular chicken momo, and the chili chicken entree. Everything was decent, nothing crazy. It may have been what we ordered but everything kind of tasted the same? The sauces that came with the chicken momo weren't really right either, other places are much better. There was an herb in the sauce that we weren't crazy about, it was overpowering and didn't really go with the rest of the flavors. The chili chicken was also okay, super super spicy. Luckily we eat really spicy food and could handle it but any spicier and it would have been too much, and that was really the only flavor. The chili chicken momo was also decent but we were expecting it to be a little crispy since it was fried but it was pretty soggy. Overall it wasn't bad but I wouldn't really recommend this over other great Nepalese food in the area.

I ordered the chicken momo and it was delicious! Awesome flavor in the filling and the dumplings were cooked perfectly. The sauces they give on the side are SUPER good! Do be cautious because the sauce has some heat to it. Thankfully that's how I like my food but I can see others having a bit of a rough time with it. The employees were very nice and it didn't take too long for the food to be ready!

We frequently visit this truck. Love their steamed momos both veggie and meat ones!! They never disappoint. The gobi manchurian though feels doused in too much ketchup. Fried rice is a tad bit dry but pretty good.

I was driving by Momo grill truck and decided to stop and try their food. The food menu didn't look familiar because I normally don't try food that i don't recognize. The reason why I did stop there is because the trucks look brand new and thats always a good sign. I ordered the chicken chow mein and it was hot and delicious. They weren't to busy so the owner of the truck come out to me and ask how the food was. I wish more people would do that. I gave him my response and he was happy. He also explained the menu to me so i would order something different next time. The owner was spot on with the service and quality of food. If you own a business you should eat here to learn a thing or two.

We had an offer from uber eats, wherein if we ordered $40 worth of food from here for delivery then we got $15 off on total.The prices for this seemed really high for a food truck but given the discount offer and good reviews on yelp, we decided to try this place.In $40, we got:- chilli chicken - 4/5 - spicy yummy good portion size chicken. Deducting 1 star coz it didnt come with any rice as shown in menu pics- veg chowmein - 4/5 - good taste but not too big of a portion size. Good for 1 person only. Lil more oily than what i would have liked- chicken momos - 2/5 - too expensive and lesser portion size as compared to its competitors. The filling was good n spicy but the outer white layer was really thick n tasteless. Cant believe they charge $1 for sauce!! Its insane. The sauces are not even worth it :( we paid $15 for 8 pcs.Overall, the food was on the spicier side (which i like) but it was way more expensive than what i would prefer to pay for it.I would still go to "everest momo" food truck for their chicken momos and free yummy sauces where i pay $10 for 10 pcs.Might come back for chilli chicken - that's all!!

Went around 5pm on a Saturday. Not crowded, food came within 5 minutes. Ordered a veg fried momo and a steamed chicken momo. Forgot to take pictures of them but both were good. Veg fried momo - rating 4/5 Liked the filling mix on veg momo. It had mashed paneer, cabbage, onions, coriander leaves, grated carrot - seasoned with pepper powder and salt. The outer fried texture of the wrapper was ok but in hindsight I would go for steamed version given I don't like fried items as much. Chicken momo - rating 4/5Seasoned keema chicken, good momosBoth momos were served with a spicy chilli chutney and a milder chutney. The spicy chutney was a tad bit on spicier side for me and other friends.
