Mochi Waffle Corner

Fresh and yummy. Good amount of crunchiness and chewiness. My first time here and definitely won't be my last. Would recommend this place.Note: They only offer takeout so no restrooms. There's a BestBuy right across the street.

I love everything that I've tried at Mochi Waffle Corner. The drinks come out pretty fast while the waffles take at least 10 minutes, but they're made fresh so it's worth the wait. Order online to avoid a wait. There's no seating, it's to go only. My favorite is the black sesame mochi waffle combo 5, which has strawberries, bananas, and Nutella. The mochi waffles are amazing, they come out warm and chewy on the inside with a crunchy exterior. The sesame smells great and has a nutty, mildly sweet flavor. The croissant waffles are smaller and are fluffier, more bread-like with a caramelized crust. They're also good, but I'd definitely recommend the namesake mochi waffles. There are a ton of great topping and sauce options to choose from. They also have an extensive drink menu to suit every mood. I'm obsessed with their Viet coffees, love the different flavor egg creams. Their milk teas are good, pretty standard but the boba always well cooked. Lots of fruit tea and blended drinks too, so there's something for everyone. I highly recommend giving Mochi Waffle Corner a try!

Discovered a new coffee spot to go to and came across this gem! Got here right when they opened, so wasn't busy at all. Was surprised to see that the place is small, hence why orders are taken through their kiosks and takeout only. I tried the Ube Coffee and Matcha Butterfly Latte. We lessened the amount of viet coffee so it wasn't too strong, and it was perfect! Mixed with the Ube, literally the right amount of tweak. The matcha butterfly was also good! A little too sweet for normal sweetness.Wish they had tables to sit down, but not a problem at all. I'd love to come back to try their waffles!!!

Some friends bought some mochi waffles for us to try. The pics are only half because they ate the other half.Pandan Mochi Waffle: Light and aromatic with a hint of coconut. House made mochi waffles. Light and crunchy exterior with a soft center.The other flavors we tried were the Black Sesame Mochi Waffle and the Red Beans Mochi Waffle. While all were good, the Pandan one was our favorite!

Mochi waffle corner is a grab and go restaurant. There's no sit down tables inside and you order on a tablet. There were no lines when we went around 5 pm on a Sunday evening. The Pandan waffle had a lot of Pandan flavor in it. The matcha white chocolate was a little bland. The matcha flavor was lost. It had white chocolate chips inside. The texture was really good though. It was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We ordered 1 each but personally I think it's enough to share between 2. We enjoyed the mango smoothie, didn't taste syrupy and more like fresh mangos! The black sugar hojicha latte was too sweet for me though. I got 100% sweetness which is my usual, but I think the black sugar flavor overpowered it. And also just way too sweet.

I've never had a mochi waffle before, but I'd say this was pretty solid. A full waffle is definitely very filling. I had the matcha white chocolate no complaints! I also ordered a drink but was too full from the waffle to even try it, so unfortunately, it went to waste. Next time, I'll skip the waffle if I want a drink. Parking is decent, with a small lot available.

Super huge waffles!!! This was my second time trying the pandan waffles here. First time, I had both the taro and pandan flavors and they were tasty, definitely mochi texture with a full on chewiness! Super crispy, oily, but cheaper than some of the Vietnamese pandan waffles in SJ! It took longer for their waffles to be ready compared to the Vietnamese bakery shops in SJ. This time, my husband and I ordered for pick up. Took roughly 10 minutes for two waffles to be ready! This place was take out only so the shop was emptied and quiet! The waffles were just as good as we remembered! The only problem was they lose their crispiness instantly. Other than that, highly recommend trying it!Note: Must eat it once you get it inside the parking lot. Within five minutes, it became soggy and soft.

Very good mochi waffles ! I always get the pandan waffle with egg custard cream it's always perfect! Crispy on the outside and super chewy on the inside! We've also tried the chocolate sauce it's like hersheys regular chocolate sauce but it's good!I usually get the egg coffee but have tried the others too like the ube coffee! They're both good a little on the sweeter side and definitely strong in caffeine but not too strong in taste (in a good way). Drinks are good here but waffles are def the star of the show!This place is really small with a few 2-3 person tables outside. There's only screens to order on. The parking lot is never too crowded even though the lot is not that big.I have been back and I'll continue to come here whenever I'm craving a waffle!

Visited this cute little spot located in a small plaza (with parking!) and tried some of their snacks and drinks. It's a great place for small bites, especially if you're craving something fresh and made-to-order.I got the Pandan Mochi Waffle and Croissant Waffle Combo 1 with boba and cream. Both waffles were fresh, and it took about 10-15 minutes to make, so you know it's made to order! There's no indoor seating, but they have a couple of tables outside if you want to sit and enjoy your food.I also tried their drinks--the Matcha Butterfly Latte and the Taromisu. Both drinks were decent and looked pretty too! Personally, I found the matcha a bit on the sweet side, but my friend really enjoyed the taromisu.
