Want to give a quick re-review because our family continues to really enjoy this place. As a matter of fact, of the three sushi/Japanese places in the immediate area, Miyuki is light years beyond the other two. My sister and I went tonight but couldn't believe -- it was absolutely packed! Have never come here before with it being so busy. With that, service was a tad slower than usual and our waitress had a very bad cough and, even though she was wearing a mask, the strength of her cough made me very uncomfortable and we thought, ok, this is probably the wrong night to come here, so we left. (Note to Owner: if someone is that sick, they shouldn't be working, mask or not.). So we went down Aborn to Yuri (Lucky Shopping Center) -- but, besides there being practically zero customers, which is not a good sign during prime dinnertime, eating there reminded me of why I don't like it ... at least with their cooked food (vs. sushi) there is no soul or love put into it like at Miyuki. (And note: the 3rd sushi place, Truya, is just plain awful, look up my review.)But everything at Miyuki is wonderful. Massive menu. Great atmosphere. A staff of young servers who are very diligent in their service (always helpful with my senior parents). Of the three places, Miyuki, by far, has the best teriyaki sauce, the best miso soup, a great side salad with delicious dressing, and everything is always served nice and hot (unlike at Yuri, where the edamame was half hot / half cold, the miso soup was lukewarm, the salad dressing pretty tasteless and with the chicken breast teriyaki (extra $3) the chicken was very tough). Unfortunately, can't talk too much about the sushi at Miyuki as we're not sushi eaters, but we do get "pseudo-sushi" (California Roll) and it's always fresh and delicious.The situation at Miyuki tonight was absolutely not the norm and will not dissuade us from coming back or giving it less than 5 stars -- folks, it's not only the best in the area, it's always excellent!

If you eat here, get something authentic. Pages of what could sound good, but couldn't figure out what to get. Lunch Bento - salmon teriyaki, tempura, and CA roll Miso soup was to hot to drink. Skin left on the salmon. Tempura was soggy. Salad dressing was nothing special. $22 for 3 item meal with soup and salad$11 for 1 glass of wineLeft with 2 bags of leftovers.

Came here for lunch and had a great experience! I ordered the lunch special, which came with two rolls: the Spider Roll and the Salmon & Avocado Roll. Both were delicious--fresh, flavorful, and rolled perfectly. My wife went for the Chef's Omakase, which turned out to be a sashimi platter. The fish was incredibly fresh and simply melted in your mouth.The service was excellent, and the staff was super attentive without being overbearing. The ambiance was nice too--modern yet cozy, a perfect spot for a casual yet elevated meal.Definitely recommend Miyuki for a satisfying sushi lunch, and I'll be back to try more of the omakase options next time!

Loved this place and the beautiful flowers served on their trays.My beef terriyaki and tuna sashimi were wonderful. My eyes feasted first. I appreciate the time and love they put into plating so beautifully.Our table shared the Lion King, California Rolls, and Crunch Roll.My sister loved her udon soup and my husband enjoyed his favorite, Hamachi Nigiri.Can't wait to go back when visiting family in the area.

The food was good and the server was very accommodating. There was no line. It was very clean inside. They were very nice to the kid that was at our party. There is a 15% gratuity automatically added to parties of 6+. My favorite thing that I ate was the vegetable tempura. I also ordered the Tempura Udon and the broth was very good.

My mom really liked her dish. 2 item Teishoku -Beef Teriyaki: grilled ribeye beef with teriyaki sauce served with some side dishes.Tempura: two shrimp and vegetables battered and deep-fried (3.5/5).They asked if I wanted medium rare for my beef, but it came out more like medium, which was overdone for me. But, the meat was tender. The Tempura was not as hot and crispy as we hoped.Sake Don: salmon sashimi over sushi rice (4/5). Decent cuts of fresh salmon. My wife wished the rice was more seasoned as it was faintly seasoned. Otherwise, it was a good dish.California Roll: crabmeat and avocado (4/5). Pretty good roll with the mayonnaise fake crabmeat. Again, faint seasoning on the sushi rice.The miso soup was good. The salad had too much delicious dressing on it. Don't get me wrong, I liked the dressing a lot. It was just too much on each of our salads.The one thing I wish was that they spaced out our food better. We just received our soup and salad, and then a few minutes later, our main dishes came out one after another. Our table was packed with all our food. We had to shuffle things around, etc.

This particular location has had a lot of stores come and go in the past years, but after trying this spot, I think it is here to stay! We came with a big group for a family lunch on a weekday. Their lunchtime specials are great. The bento boxes come with a lot of every item you order. For example, the edamame is the size of a whole appetizer. We all either got a bento box or a roll. There's plenty of rolls to choose from. We also shared karaage which was juicy and crispy.I don't recall the particular names of our roles, but I think you can't go wrong with anything you choose. The fish quality was good and the portions were great as well. The service was quick and friendly. Despite our big group, they were so accommodating and not chaotic at all. The ambience of the store is relaxed and clean. It has a modern look to it. I think the prices are awesome especially for how much they pack the food on in the bento boxes. I am looking forward to my next experience here!
