Mi Grullense Taco Truck

I found out about this taco truck years ago from friends. It's easily one of the best around. I always go for 6-8 carne asada tacos, and they never disappoint. The meat is always flavorful, and the sauce they use takes it to the next level. I've also tried the al pastor and chorizo, and they're just as good. My wife is a big fan of their torta. You really can't go wrong ordering anything from this truck and the staff is friendly.

The guy who worked the register at about 10:30 PM yesterday December 26, 2024 is a total asshole. He wouldn't change a guy who literally just ordered his burrito from Asada to Carnitas mind you the man just ordered his burrito and the guy said no he couldn't change it. on top of that. I kindly asked if they could make my tacos to crispy and the ass wouldn't accommodate it and he had a shitty attitude about it. I will never come back to this taco truck again. I know many people in Oakland, who I will also tell never to come back to this horrible establishment ever again. Trust me if I could I will this establishment zero stars I would. Putos mamones

Back home in the bay to visit family, and on my way to the airport, made a lunch pit stop at the best taco spot, Mi Grullense truck on international. I got my usual cabeza and carnitas tacos, and tried something new pescado. Glad I tried it, it was delicious!! I'll be back in the bay in December, looking forward to another trip to Mi Grullense!!!

I finally found my new favorite taco truck. Carnitas is fried crispy and carne asada has a lot of flavor. The green salsa is spicy and really good! The Spanish rice is also really good! Everyone is always friendly when I order. The hardest part is having cash on me. Otherwise I would be here all the time. Maybe one day they will take card transactions.

These trucks are cash only. Apparently the two trucks have different menus but I never really pay close attention. I don't often frequent these trucks since they are cash only, which I never have. Today I happened to have cash, and decided to switch it up. I ordered 2 asada, 1 carnitas and a quesabirria. The trucks are in the parking lot behind the goodwill, so as you're waiting, you're just standing around. International Blvd, is just that. International Blvd. you never know what you're going to get, based on the day. Today, it was fairly quiet. My food arrived within about five minutes. Asada was decent, carnitas was a little fatty for my taste, and the quesabirria had entirely too much cheese this time. My stomach feels like a brick now. The salsa that was already on the tacos had good flavor, and wasn't spicy.

Supreme! Superb! Outstanding! I had a carne asada burrito for $12 with great quality steak! Best horchata I've ever had in my entire life! My friend had a super taco, & claimed that it was AMAZING! This food is sublime!

Always delicious tacos @ this truck. I got 2 super tacos, they are $4.50 ea, lots of meat, the shells are doubled so you can make two of them. I like it because I can come early sit in my car and eat. Quick service very nice guy taking orders.

When I'm in Oakland this place is a must!!! i could easily eat 6! The carnitas are flavor bombs!!! So juicy with crispy bits. And not greasy or salty at all. It truly feels like fresh home cooking at its finest. There's 2 taco trucks by the same company both are great, you can't lose.
