Maria Bambina Cake Pops And More

My friend referred me to Maria Bambina Cake pops as it was one of the cheaper options around the bay. I initially made an order through email but decided to cancel almost 3 weeks before the event since I did not need the Cakepops anymore.I asked for my deposit back - and after several emails, calls and voicemail, a week later I was told that it is not refundable. I was never told that it was not refundable, there is no contract made. Fernanda thinks that it says so at the bottom of her emails but nope, all it says is 'Please note that orders are not booked on our calendars until a deposit is paid and we confirm the receipt of that deposit.  Quotes for your order do not constitute a contract for services.' NO mention that deposit is not refundable.She should have directed me to the disclaimer that she has on her website that mentions it but how else would I have seen that unless I am told to go into the website?Since I expressed my frustrations, she has told me that she will refund my deposit but has still failed to do so almost a week later. Even sent out a reminder PayPal refund email but no luck. Refunding the deposit takes less than 5 minutes - please don't give me an excuse to say that you were too busy. I think it is unfair to hold money from a customer without fully explaining the terms and conditions and if you've said that you will refund it then you should do it ASAP not drag it on...

Fernanda! U are a true artist. I ordered 75 cake pops for my cousin's baby shower and it was totally adorable!!! It was also good flavor red velvet, vanilla, and lemon. I am totally grateful for her accommodation. If you want cake pops that are custom made to order, she is your gal! Take a look at those wonderful cakepops. (Note: she does wrap and add ribbons for you too! However, I added the label).

We ordered 56 cake pops. It was a hot air balloon/airplane themed party so the cake pops had cloud designs on them. Ordering and pick up was a breeze. Great communication. I strongly would recommend cake pops from Maria Bambina.

Maria was able to acomodate a last minute order of 6 dozen cakepops, she was super helpful with display ideas and suggestions for color themed party. I ordered six different flavors and all of them were so delicious my guest couldn't stop eating them as they were not super sweet but flavorfull. I picked them up a day before my party and the cakepops were still fresh and moist and full of flavor in the inside and conserved the look and design in the outside without melting or anything. My family and friends are now asking me for cakepops for coming up birthday parties and events. Thank you!!!!

We've recently celebrated our daughter's 1st bday. We live in AK, so it was kind of difficult to find someone who will do the cake for us whom we could trust. But I've found her--Maria, and she was wonderful! She was very accomodating and always kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. We were very pleased with our cake pops. They were really good, not too sweet, yet very moist. DELICIOUS!!! Even our guests loved it!The price was very reasonable. I will definitely order from her & recommend her to anyone. We ordered for the office in 2015. Nice! Good to work with them, easy to pay, cake pops were beautiful as well as yummy.

I ordered 3 dozen cake pops from here and was really really happy with the results. Not only did the cake pops come out looking cute (And exactly like the pictures unlike some other places), they were good. I paid extra to have her make an arrangement for the cake pops which was totally worth it.All transactions were done over email and payment through paypal.
