I always stop by and pick some dim sum or roast duck/roast pork to take home whenever I'm in the area. This time around, I'm very disappointed and upset with the younger girl who works here. I ordered various dim sum items. When I got home and opened the box, one order of the pan fried pork buns were missing. I called and all she said was come back and pick it up now or come by next time. WTH?! That's it?! I do not live near by and would have to be stuck in traffic to get what I ordered in the first place. Customer service is horrible and they expect to get tips for Togo orders but do not make sure all the items are inside the bag. Food here is good but customer service is horrible.

If you need a fix of Chinese BBQ/cheung fun in the manor area, this place hits the spot. It's not a place with the most welcoming ambiance, but you come here for the food. The roast pork is flavorful and cooked just right. Their clay pot rice and soups are also very authentic. The rice plates are sizable. Expect service to be minimal. Seating inside is limited. Tea is served if you dine in.Update: my mom ordered a duck to-go for our family dinner since her friends mentioned it was good here and for a good price, and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

We ordered a medium sized roasted pig for Christmas 2024. It was bigger than I expected and it was so good, super crispy skin, and flavorful. It was a big hit amongst family and relatives.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for this a** hole chef to finish up with the 2 customers in front of me that cuts up the roasted duck and pork!! Another customer walked in after me speaking Chinese to him and placed an order before me, told him I was next and he started yelling said how should he know I was next. I said in Chinese you saw me standing there, what you think for my own health. Told him what I wanted and he still was yelling. I had a phone order too that was ready, told them to cancel everything and walked out!!!I usually don't complain about the services at Chinese restaurants because I know how they are, but when you start yelling and you're wrong that's when I'll say something. You have lost a customer that's comes in 2 to 3 times a month!!!我永遠不會再回到這個地方!!! 排了20分鐘的隊，等待這個混蛋廚師和我前面的兩個顧客切完烤鴨和豬肉！在我跟他說中文之後，另一位顧客走進來，在我面前下了訂單，告訴他我是下一個，他開始大喊大叫說他怎麼知道我是下一個。我用中文說你看到我站在那裡，你對我自己的健康有什麼看法。告訴他我想要什麼，他仍然大喊大叫。我也有一個電話訂單已經準備好了，告訴他們取消一切，然後走了出去！我通常不會抱怨中餐館的服務，因為我知道它們怎麼樣，但是當你開始大喊大叫並且你錯了時，我會說些什麼。您失去了一位每月來 2 到 3 次的客戶!!!

My friend brought me to try their rice noodles. It was delicious. We also tried clay pot and steam rice. It' was ok. Next time I will try their roast duck. Service is just ok, the store only had 14 sitting seats, so not for big party.

DISHONEST BUSINESS Watch out for what they charge you for your food. I order 3 dishes and they are $5.99 / $6.99 / $11.99 but they charge me $3.99 extra for my Beef Stew with Rice. Single item on a rice plate extra charge for $3.99. WTH!!! And I call in the next day and ask for the price of a Beef Stew with Rice and the reply was $13.81 tax included. I will never go back and they should change the way they do their business. Bad business.

Because I don't speak Chinese, they overcharged me. They sold me one pound of roasted pig for $29.99. Although the menu price was uploaded a year ago, I don't see anything roasted pig price is closed to what I paid today.They don't print the weight, the price per pound, and the total price on the label and stick it to the box like many other Chinese restaurant. The butcher weighted the meat and tell the cashier the weight. The cashier will charge you based on what the butcher said. What would happen if the cashier didn't get the weight correctly. You will end up paying more. They don't hand you the receipt with detail of the transaction. Don't go there unless you speak Chinese. The way they are selling food to me is very shady. The only thing I like is show you what they are cutting on the cutting board.

Just happened on Manor Point Kitchen by chance. Love these small hidden Chinese BBQ hidden places. The dishes are very good, large portions but at times they get busy and service can be slow but they are working hard. This is one of few BBQ places that have BBQ pork chin. Must like fatty cuts. Have tried most of their dishes and have no complaints. Will be back as long as their serving their BBQ. Thank you for your great food.

Food is amazing, my fav is the roast duck, bbq pork, and vegetarian soy noodles. I would love to try their soups next.

Here's the thing....Hard to have good Chinese bbq and good service at the same time. No ambiance. Expect mediocre to bad service. Have LOTS of patience and force yourself to be nice. Then, you might get lucky and get to enjoy so decent to good Chinese bbq. This is not a high end expensive restaurant. This is Chinese bbq comfort food. Duck here is amazing. Keep your order simple and stand in front of the guy chopping your duck watching him the whole time. As the saying goes, it is what it is.
