Such a warm welcome from the lovely Tita at the counter. Been craving pinoy food for a long time and since Manila Garden and Cherry Garden have long since come and gone, I just end up making it at home. I was craving the Bangsilog (marinated milkfish with garlic rice and a fried egg)Portions are EXTREMELY hefty and the price is VERY reasonable. I also ordered a side of Lechon kawali and they hooked it up! The crispness, the tenderness on the inside, just what I was looking for. It wasn't dried out like other places. It was raining when we went so they had a small leak by one of the tables, but Tita made sure she blocked it for everyone to avoid. Overall, this is THE place to go when you're craving filipino food.

Authentic Filipino food made with traditional methods and ingredients at affordable prices! This tiny spot in northern Fremont is tucked in a small but mighty strip mall just blocks away from the highway and within walking distance to a nice park and playground. There is a private lot that is never full so you'll have no trouble getting here. There's not much to it from the outside but once you step in, you'll smell and see the succulent meat and well-braised and stewed vegetable dishes kept warm in the hot water bath behind the display glass. There are a few small tables that could accommodate about two or three small parties that decide to come and dine in. Most folks seem to order takeout and they have excellent deals! On the TV monitors, you'll see a rotation of their menus which include prices for their a la carte (small, medium, large soup containers) and bulk orders as well as their one, two, or three item combos (all served with two large helpings of steamed white rice) and breakfast meals. The lechon (fried pork) and pork adobo look really good and seem to be popular items. We specifically came in for their lumpia which are great catering or potluck items. They sell them in bulk at the price of about $50 for 100 pieces. They fry them on the spot and it wasn't too bad of a wait (maybe around 10 minutes). If you call in advance, you'll probably be able to pick them up by the time you arrive. They're so crispy when they're freshly fried and should you decide to eat them later, just make sure not to cover them or they'll get soggy (as with all fried things). They're easy to reheat in an oven/toaster oven or air fryer if you have any leftovers. The order came with a good amount of sweet and sour sauce for dipping. The staff were super friendly and made sure our order was satisfactory. They definitely put in the care to treat their customers well as it would seem at least two patrons were new customers and had pleasant interactions with them while I waited for my order to be prepared (they also checked on me and updated me on the expected time of completion). Overall, Manila Turo Turo has got you covered for parties with their bulk orders of popular Filipino food like lumpia, adobo, sisig, and lechon. The food is prepared fresh, tastes delicious, and is pretty affordable compared to other places. The dine in experience may be tight but it's very cozy with the friendly shop owners. If you're in a pinch for a potluck item or last minute party food or if you just happen to be looking for a new lunch spot, come get a little taste of the Philippines in this neighborly spot between Fremont and Union City!

Ordered day of for my birthday weekend and I need to advocate how grateful I am for their help and accommodations. They did such a wonderful job with my order. I want to thank the daughter and mother of the shop for being so helpful and giving us an extension of the time to pick up. My friend who picked up the food made me laugh when he told me that the owner of the restaurant asked if I was Filipino because I asked for a half tray of Chicken Tinola, which I found cute. Haha.Nothing super disappointing but still a bit sad since my Bf doesn't eat pork and I wanted him to enjoy more.Next time I'll order the minimum of 5 days ahead. The only minor issue I had is when I asked for the pan it to be vegetarian but I think I saw traces of pork mixed in and chicharon as topping.

I'm a fan of filipino breakfast, but I'm not a fan of being awake during breakfast time. This restaurant is only open during daytime hours, so when I found myself in the area early on a Sunday (which is rare), I had to finally try this place out.The small space is a bit cramped, but at least there's a little bit of indoor seating in case you want to dine in. No public restroom though. The workers were super friendly and provided excellent service. There was so much to choose from at the food counter and so many tantalizing options on the menu. I ended up getting the longsilog with plain white rice.Everything was cooked perfectly, the two eggs overeasy and runny, the longganisa sausage (3 pieces) had a nice sweetness to it, and a generous amount of rice was included, the taste and portions just right for a satisfying meal.

We were craving filipino breakfast and made the trek here with high hopes. Unfortunately, the food was just okay and the protein portion was...sparse. On the plus side, they do give you two eggs which were cooked well, but overall it just wasn't worth the money for us.

This place is my favorite turo turo spot in the east bay. Every time I eat here I feel like I'm at home and the grub smacks ridiculously. I love getting the dinuguan and bistek here. They're both so meaty, flavorful, and go great with spoonfuls of rice! The people here treat you like family! Come through and support - it's so good.

I discovered this place when I went to go get wings at the Chinese place next door but it was closed so I figured I'd check this place out. I'm glad I checked it when I did because I have been going here on the weekends for silogs and ala carte when too lazy/busy to cook but want Filipino food. This place is pretty small, about 3 tables inside for dine-in. I have noticed people coming in for party trays or togo orders. I usually eat inside because I'm usually really hungry and have no patience to take the food home lol. My go-to is the silogs but I also get ala carte when I'm seeing something I like. For ala carte I have tried the adobong pusit, batchoy , chicken pastel, and turon to name a few. I love love the turon here, the thin and crispy exterior is the best. My other favorites are the adobong pusit and batchoy. Staff is also really friendly and prices are fair. Check it out if you wanna get some "turo-turo" style Filipino food!

Top notch service even on busy days, wherein I only ordered 2 servings of lumpia and of pansit guisado for 3 people. Irene accommodated my order and my request to pick up after hours. She even gave a tip on how to reheat the lumpia. I could not be more pleased! The pansit was very tasty, with generous ingredients plus toppings of lechon kawali that no one in the bay area offers! My husband, who is very particular with pansit, enjoyed the dish even the next day after reheating (male sure to reheat by steaming). It was delicious as the first serving. Would be coming back to try their broasted chicken and other dishes. Definitely recommend!

Took office mates to Manila Turo Turo. Everyone enjoyed the experience. Folks tried various combo platters (one and two items) which we shared. Tried the adobo (both the pork and squid), sinigang, and lechon kawali. All of it was delicious. An associate also ordered long-si-log. She really liked it. Nancy was kind enough to also provide us with complimentary soup. According to one of my associates, "It was a perfect compliment". For dessert, we all had turon. We'll definitely be back. Good food and friendly service. Give them a try for authentic Filipino.
