Food is okay, not great.Poor customer service.Overpriced. They charged me $7.99 for a small order of puto (5pcs) and $5.00 for an order of turon.

The cuisine here is closest to homemade: reminds me of my childhood in the Philippines : my grandmothers were from Pampanga and Bicol : in my opinion still the best cooks from my birth country. Best takeout for my favorites : Pancit Malabon, Spaghetti ( Sweet style ) , Dinuguan , Arroz Caldo, and all the Merienda favorites : desserts like Banana Turon, and variety of Rice cakes : Puto , Cuchinta, etc...

One of our favorites buying at Manila Sunrise is there vegetable spring rolls and Pancit Malabon. Brings back memories of home!

-spoiled lumpiang gulay- I always buy their malabon and lumpiang gulay here. But today I was very disappointed, I bought lumpiang gulay from them today and got home excited to have it for lunch.. first bite into the lumpiang gulay I knew something was wrong. I asked my mom if she could try it for me as well and she did, after the bite she said it's spoiled. There was a distinct sour smell and taste on all of them and yes we did check if all of them were spoiled and they all are. So disappointing, now makes me think if they serve leftovers and just refry and reheat them. Never going back here again.

Great pancit malabon (wished it had a little bit more sauce and was wet), awesome diniguan chocolate meat (no jalapeno next time) pricey at $8 for a really small container tho.

Too much MSG! Still salivating with a headache, past 3 hours after eating their arrozcaldo and pancit malabon

Very pricey; 2 Karioka and 1 bilobilo came up to $18.18. Customer service bad; I was standing for couple minutes no one did not bother to say hi, so I had to get their attention. The food is alright, nothing great about it! Will not come back and will not recommend at all!

My go-to place for dinuguan & puto, Tahoe, palabok, goto, & arrozcaldo. Their ginataan bilo bilo is good, too. It's a small turo-turo, and taste is delicious. My husband & I buy here often. It's inside the Island Pacific store, and there are tables/chairs to sit & eat. Good service too, friendly & kind. .

It December 25, It's Christmas Day. This early morning, I asked the old lady if I can choose a pancit malabon on the table to buy. She said yes. When I was about to get the tray the old lady said she is the one who will choose for me. I said why? She insisted she will be the one to choose for me because they're all the same. I said if they're all the same why can't I choose the one I want, specifically I'm choosing the one without the tag or receipt. She said no and I said you are wrong. I know just by looking at the trays they don't have the same amount as she said. After a long argument I asked for her name and the manager's contact info to report her. The old lady refuse to give her name and her manager's contact number. The old lady said the manager told her that she is the one to have to choose for the customer. I said, let me get the manager's info and I will tell the manager she is wrong. The old lady refuse any contact info of her manager and refuse to tell her name. That is not allowed in a business. After a long argument again she finally agreed I can choose but after I chose the pancit she refuse to put a box because she said it's hard to remove the box from another tray to put on my tray. The box is just underneath to support to tray. She is very rude and have a very bad customer service. The other lady with her can't do anything. I am buying here for years and she knows me. This time her rudeness to customer will no longer be tolerated by me. I want to report this old lady.

There was a skinny lady worked that day and she so stingi and rude. She was working by herself that time and I want to complain to management about her attitude. No customer service at all. I was asking her why the pansit palabok no toppings at all. She said that's the way they are. They already mix with the sauce. They don't put anymore chitcharon on the tops. I was telling her I bought here twice already and they add more toppings. Ang damot at kuripot sa toppings Akala mo kanya iyong business. Be aware with that skinny bit too old woman there.
