2 years later and still horrible service and even worse attitude from management. You responded to my review from 2 years ago with excuses instead of a simple apology. I'm not the only one who has complained about your service so how about you have a heart. Locking your doors for breaks is fine but ignoring people who knock and wait at the door DURING business hours is unacceptable. You should lean a thing or 2 from Charlie's Market and Neelam's in regards to customer service and how to treat your paying customers.

After a one year no response or sorry, you are confusing my profile with someone else. We never buy fish from this store and never will. My question is, what kind of "treat" are you providing to customers if you don't have any customer service experience. My second question is, why would you threaten to callThe cops on customers who were going to pay for groceries and asked for bags. My third question is, why are you responding after a year and confusing yourself by mixing up peoples profiles. Haven't been back since the day we were treated horribly and still don't recommend this store to anyone unless they want to have first hand horrible customer service experience for themselves.

Today my parents called the store to let the owner know that they charged an item twice. All my parents wanted was a refund of their money. Whether it's $1 or $100, you charged and stole money and acted like it wasn't your mistake and then all hell broke loose with the owners son who was disrespectful and a bully. This horrible owner had the audacity to say "oh I remember the weird couple who came in". How can a business owner be so rude and disgusting to their PAYING customers and could even say that to someone. What a bully. He told my parents to bring all the groceries so he can check it. How about you check your cameras and own up that you overcharged and stole money from us? My parents and I have been going here for years when his mom and dad were running the store, and now this place has gone downhill with how this owners son is acting over something so small. Instead of apologizing and saying come back another day for your refund or getting another item of that price, he starts arguing and calling names and threatening and saying "come to my store and talk to my face". Wow what kind of person acts this way. People come here to spend their hard earned money and the owner would talk like this to their customers and make someone feel bad about themselves? There's many other better Indian stores in the bay area you can take your business with amazing customer service and someone who will never talk down to another person. I've never experienced someone so rude and arrogant. I recommend anyone who comes here make sure you check your receipt and watch what he charges. Or he'll judge your appearance and bully you. I don't know if the owners son was in a bad mood, but be more respectful to your paying customers. You are not above anyone in this world.

Simply the best lamb in town. And great prices! Lamb shanks here are much much cheaper than chain groceries and the best part is they taste so good and are not smelly when cooked. The lamb shoulder and all else is wonderful also. Most of the food is New Zealand, Tahitian, etc.

Great selection of food items. Customer service is beyond amazing! Pleasant on the phone and in person.

Is this place ever open? I have stopped by and called numerous times with many other customers doing the same and they just aren't open. It sucks as an islander as we want to come in to buy things that we don't have access to at other stores. But it is also a waste of our time to keep coming by with hopes that it is open. They should really update their customers.

Wow his store seems to thrive on poor customer service. All the 1 star reviews about bad customer service is true folks. Save yourselves from the rudeness. Spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere unless you like expired stuff and rude folks. And these guys should also change their name to Mangal's corned beef Depot. Half the store was just that. If not the shelves the several pallets of the stuff on the floor.

Excellent Service and best food products in an affordable price .Good ambiance and well kept the cleanliness of the store

Coming here for years with my family. They have delicious lamb and goat meats. The service is great and prices are decent, especially if you buy in bulk. Love coming here!

Good food , could be better though, but service just isn't. We were waiting for our coffee for 20 min. ( my coffee was cold unfortunately)
