Great service. Easy to order custom birthday cake online via website. Text also responsive. Punctual pickup when I texted at the door. Beautiful cake and tastes great!! It's definitely Asian style and not too sweet. Cake is fluffy and soft. The bow tie and butterflies are edible and not too sweet! Tastes like marshmallow. The cream on the cake is delicious too. Definitely recommend, and realize it's not going to be sweet like American cake!

Worst consumer services ever! Arrived the store to pick up my cake, ring the doorbell twice but no one answered, and then called them twice no one answered still. I was thinking no one inside, so I called my wife and ask her to text them. When I was taking to my wife, the door opened. Two people were inside, but they ignored me even though they knew a costumer was waiting outside (doorbell with a camera). I understand if you were busy with something, but at least tell your customer to wait for a second through doorbell or phone. I spent $150 and drove 30 mins for the cake, and you just ignored your customer like that?

I recently ordered a custom Dudu & Bubu, Strawberry and Creme cake, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! As a first-time customer, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of sweetness. The fresh strawberries and creamy layers made each bite a delight. It is super cute and exactly what I asked for! My fiancé absolutely loved it, and I know we'll be ordering again in the future. Highly recommend!

It tastes as good as it looks. The cake design is exactly as I asked for. It definitely tastes as good or even better than the popular chain stores.

This 3-layer birthday cake from Mad Butter Bakery was definitely one special cake! Each layer was a different flavor and was made to demand how we wanted it. The three flavors that we got were Blueberry, Strawberry and durian. Everything inside the cake was fresh along with the flavored moose filling. Even the 100 dollar bills were edible and tasted good! 100% recommend and would come back for another cake. The owner of the company was easy to talk to and was able to get the cake made fresh and delivered the day of the party. Very well designed and all the kids and adults loved it!
