Love this place!! All their drinks are delicious. All fruits in the drink are real fruits not from syrup types.This place is very well decorated and clean. I'm so happy there is a tea shop by my house.

I love checking out new shops that pop out in town but there are also reasons why I stuck to going to the staples. You would think that nowadays shops who start any kind of business would do some sort of research as to why shops fail or what things make customer happy. I guess not for this shop. I saw that they made hot matcha lattes so I asked if they are able to make it hot for their brown sugar latte. The answer was no. So clearly not very flexible.So I Instead ordered matcha latte with less ice. Since they won't make it hot. Take note they also charge 25 cents more if you ask for no ice. When the drink came out; the whole drink was overflowing with ice like to the brim. I asked them if they could remove some of that ice and put more drink. Instead what they did is remove like half of the ice and they then serve me this. As you can tell even after removing some ice it still has quite a lot. If I just wanted to play games I would've gone to an arcade. These people really have the audacity to charge almost $7 for a drink and turn around and slap you with garbage service and product. In short instead of saving a first time customer; even after showing the manager; they apologized but clearly not willing to make it right. Well they lost money on this because I refunded it and lost a first time customer as well. I stay away from places that don't have common sense in customer service and don't value people's hard earned money. Go somewhere else!

Plenty of seating and a good amount of drink options! I tried the Berry Cloud, at 50% sweetness, which was a nice refreshing drink and a good mix of slushy and tea flavor. The staff were quick to make the drinks and there was plenty of seating. There's both tables and high tables available for seating. The shop has a shared parking lot right in front of the shop. There's a bathroom and two kiosks for ordering. Music isn't too loud, perfect for studying if needed!

Clean and inviting boba shop. I love their tea, it is fragrant and you can smell it being in the shop. Their oolong milk tea has a refreshing floral flavor. The strawberry smoothie was made with fresh fruit. The best is the Taro mushy which was made with real taro. All 3 drinks I ordered was so delicious. Highly recommend and can't wait to try their other drinks.

I visited here after having an appointment in the surrounding area looking for a nice treat. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my drink was! I had the Vietnamese coffee with coconut and I can't wait to come back here to have it again. For any coconut lovers, this is an absolute dream come true. I'm excited to try other options as well. I ordered on the iPad and did not wait very long for my drink to arrive.

A new locally owned and operated boba shop in SJ! The interior is very aesthetic and the name is a play-on-words of the Vietnamese word "Em" or "big sister". A cute homage.Here's some drinks that I have tried:+ ChaTraMue Thai Tea (5/5): I loooove the brand "ChaTraMue" and the fact that they use it here is awesome! Rich and custard-like Thai Tea. Surprisingly my favorite drink here. I normally never order Thai Tea from boba shops, but I think I might come back here to have it again.+ Avocado Slush (4/5): Very creamy and clearly made with a fresh avocado! It's refreshing and has a pleasant sweetness. However, the lychee jelly overpowers this drink for me. Replace it with boba for less sweetness!+ Pinky Milky (3/5): Strawberry milk made with fresh berry puree and pink cheese foam. A simple drink made with quality ingredients. I imagine this would be great for kids.+ Cheese Foam Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea (5/5): Fragrant and creamy! No problems here. I loved the taste of the oolong and the cheese foam was so decadent. Perfectly rich.+ Mashed Taro Milk (4/5): This drink is THICCCC. If you love fresh taro, this is the drink for you. It's like a whole taro dessert packed into some fresh milk.

Been here twice and I will come back again! M TeaShop is a new local boba shop that is worth checking out. I heard about this place from a friend and I'm happy I tried it! It is a small business and the workers seemed very friendly and happy to see me. I can tell they care about their customers and the quality of their drinks. The interior is clean and aesthetically pleasing. There are two iPads when you order inside. There are many drink options to choose from, but it seems matcha is popular. I ordered the matcha strawberry and I was surprised by the amount of strawberries! The drink was refreshing and wasn't too sweet. The matcha tasted good quality as well. My boyfriend ordered the matcha tornado which he thought was good. I've also tried the Pinky Milky, which gave me similar vibes to the matcha strawberry, but without the matcha. I liked the strawberry cheese foam and thought the drink was refreshing! I do think the strawberry flavor was light, but I added lychee jelly to make it more fruity.

This was on my list of places to try, since there aren't a lot of milk tea spots around the area. The plaza that it's located in has a lot of parking and a couple of places to eat as well.When I walked into the shop, there's a lot of space to sit and enjoy your drinks. And the walls around the shop are very picturesque, so you can take your time taking pictures with your drinks. There were 2 self kiosks for you to order your drinks, which is very convenient too. I got a Thai Tea but also was interested in their Green Milk Tea, which had their house milk tea, a bit of matcha, and jasmine green tea. I got both drinks with 100% sweetness and regular ice. I enjoyed the Green Milk tea and the amount of sweetness was just right, not too sweet either! I'm excited to come back next time to try their other matcha drinks!

pretty empty inside, Instagram picture friendly aesthetic - standard minimal-looking tea shop but the lighting was nice nobody at the counter which was interesting - also the physical menu lists stuff that doesn't exist on the kiosk menu - a pity cus I came to try the tieguanyin milk tea lol drinks were fairly avg - there was an option for oat milk for the matcha latte but not the milk tea, which I found interestinggot matcha at 50% sugar & the oolong at 25% sugar; both definitely had pretty faint tea taste - I didn't hate it but I also tend to like my drinks really strong

M TeaShop's quality has been incredibly consistent each time I've gone & all my friends that I've introduced to it love it! I look forward to continuing to visit & support them :)
