Lou's Coffee Shop

I needed a blt after a nearly appointment and this turned up! Yay! Blt with avocado on grilled sourdough was huge and perfect. Took half home. Served with an enormous amount of fries and a huge half pickle. Husband had a waffle combo with strawberries. Very yummy and sweet fresh strawberries Place is little but clean, some tables outside. I can't wait to come back and try another meal! I actually took pics this time!!

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The coffee cake is incredible, the Benedict's are astounding and the pancakes are to die for. Today my girlfriend and myself went there to eat some brunch, we put our name on the list to wait for a table. A couple other parties came in after us to put their names up. Naturally, we stepped outside to wait in the shade but after about 15 minutes and noticing that those groups (who came after us, and were also outside) were already being seated, I stepped inside to check the list. Turned out our name had been crossed out, but no one came out to check or ask for our party's name.I put our name back on the list but at that point 4-5 more groups had already signed up. So we left sadly.Hopefully next time will be different with the service, cause this place is usually awesome.

Went here for my birthday lunch! What a delight from beginning to the end. There was a small line at the door and gave the attendant my name and wanted a table for two. I was surprised to hear she had one for us. She just needed to wipe it down. Awesome! Then we noticed a couple spots at the bar and decided to take seats there. I love the bar. It's a square shape so it's like community seating. The stools are super comfy too! I ordered an omelette and my boyfriend ordered biscuits and gravy. I ordered hash browns with my omelette and my BF had country fried potatoes. Both were delicious! Oh and of course we ordered the Tiki Mango Mimosas. Wow impressive, they weren't super sweet like I expected. And they are huge. All the servers were so friendly and they all help each other out in the sweetest and friendliest way. I loved watching them treat each other with such kindness. During our lunch we exchanged chats with Alexia, Brittany, Pablo, and Jisel. They were all so fun and pleasant. If parking is full in the front area, there's plenty of parking in the back of the building. The aka to all of you lovely people!

The service was excellent! All the staff are super attetentive and had smiles on their faces. They interacted with my little ones and made us feel welcomed. The inside is not too big but surprisingly they seat people fast and work very efficiently. Lovely bright decor and ambiance. The food was perfect. Fresh and made to order with minimal wait. The coffee was nice and strong yet not bitter. I am definitely returning to try more items from their menu.

Just a quick update.This place is great for lunch as well as breakfast. Look how thick the serving of turkey is on this club sandwich. I got the Patti melt. It had 2 slices of cheese on top of the burger and another slice under the onions. The fries came out steaming hot.

Parking looks like there's not enough, but they have a lot of space in the back.Located right off of the street, so you have to pay attention or you'll pass it.Other small businesses located in the same plaza, Lou's is the only restaurant.They have a nice amount of seating inside, a few seating right outside when you walk into the restaurant.Seems like a family establishment, everyone you come in contact with is super friendly & very helpful, food is yummy & pricing is good for the food & amount. Will definitely be back to try other goodies on the menu.

A quaint business that have been around for many years. The place has a small amount of tables, not too big not too small. the service is good and the food is great.

Amazing experience! Had the Lou Duo of the Californian Benedict and Crab Cake Benedict, absolutely divine, the crab cakes were crispy, the hollandaise was heaven, melted in your mouth like a symphony! very family friendly and comfy environment! Bethany was an amazing server, we loved her service and she definitely brought a warmth to our experience! Great portions, perfectly put you into a food coma and you'll still have enough food to dive in later! Lou is my newest addition to my list of breakfast places, and there was bacon in the Bloody Mary, we love! Can't wait to try the mango mimosa and possibly corn beef hash Benedict once I come back! + their pickles taste like claussen, and to me that's elite(:

Lou's is much more a family owned breakfast spot than the "Coffee Shop" implies.Large portions of fresh made food to order and many come with a garnish of fresh sliced orange.Service is friendly and timely but not rushed or hectic.The place is fairly small with about 10 tables inside, some bar style seating, and a fews tables outside. Locals know its a great breakfast place so lines cans form and they dont take reservations.You'll find parking in front and more around back.When we go out for breakfast, Lou's is our choice.

One of my favorite spots in the bay for breakfast! The space is very small inside and tables are too close together so I recommend sitting outside. Our waiter has always been super nice and attentive. The food comes out pretty quick even on their busy days. I always get their crab cake benedict and their *chef's kiss*. It's so flavorful and portions are huge. My bf's go-to is their steak & eggs. Def worth your money. Food: 10/10Service: 9/10
