We're here weekly for tacos, tortas, and burritos... by far one of the best trucks around. Everything is good and they are very accommodating with any requests (ie no cheese or onion ect). This is probably the only place where I recommend ALL the meats they offer. My favorites are carnitas, grilled chicken, and shredded chicken tinga. The friendly faces at the counter and consistency / quality always keep us coming back!!

Came here after everything else was closed on a Saturday night around midnight. In a quiet nice location next to Safeway, so plenty of parking. The service was quick and easy and the person taking the order was super kind! They also accept apple pay!!I ordered the carne asada torta, which I give an 8/10. If there was a little more mayo and less beans, it would've been so much better. But I didn't mind. It was still super yummy! I would def come back.

Honestly they have the best burritos! They are sooo good and fresh! Not sure of the guys name that always takes our order but he is a super nice guy. They have the cutest little tables with heating alongside the truck with covered seating. We have been to this spot 3 times within the last 7 days. Love it!!! Definitely recommend.

Me and my girlfriend tried to go there a few months ago and realized that the city has shut them down due to health code violations as 12/28/23. Avoid this food truck at all costs! It doesn't seem like their cleanliness was up to par according to the city! Take your money elsewhere!

My first time having a Pambazos which they described as a wet sandwich. It was great... very flavorful! The staff was very nice and courteous.I also had a great conversation while I was waiting with someone who is originally from Mexico City who was telling me about life there. Hope to go visit when Covid is in the rear view mirror!

Pambazo (Pam-Bah-So), aka torta dipped in red chilli sauce then griddle fried for a crunchy outside. I got it with Al Pastor. Slightly messy, but totally worth it.Also got a burrito with chorizo to round it out.A return trip is in order to try out the Champion Burrito and Torta Cubana.Only in San Jose, would you find a Mexican taco truck, in the parking lot of an Ethiopian market, next door to an American BBQ restaurant.

The birria is extremely good.Asked the proprietor about it, he said they originally didn't have it on the their menu. He felt that all the trucks carry birria these days, and he wanted to serve something different. But people kept asking, so he called up his grandma and got the recipe. With birria that good, I don't think there was any need for concern.

Not enough beans or flavor in general in the pambazo filling, majority shredded lettuce, but the bread is good. Went on a weeknight - there was only one couple ahead of us yet we waited 15 minutes for the food - too slow. Off-putting noise level with the generator constantly running and the truck blaring music. We probably won't go back.

If you want a yummy dinner or late night snack you need to come to Los Pambazos food truck. The tables with little lantern type lights. The food is amazing try the corn taco their popular item. Our second time hubby tried the pambazos and was delish too. Owner super friendly! We will be back.

I was running errands and got hungry so I stopped here and this was my experience...- Nearly no designated parking. If there was I didn't see it.- service was quick and friendly - pambazo wasn't what I expected but then again I never had one before. Didn't have too much flavor in my opinion. Maybe if it had chorizo in it.Overall, not too impressed but it was a good meal at the time.
