I always have to check out a new coffee spot and this one didn't disappoint! Very rustic vibes. The baristas were friendly and helpful with recommendations!I ended up getting an iced pumpkin chai latte (very basic girl I know) but it was really yummy! Cool place to check out if you want some coffee or wine!

really like this place! It's one of my friend's and my favorite spots to grab coffee and stroll through Los Gatos' beautiful old downtown. The coffee is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. They offer a great variety of coffee options.Yesterday, for the first time, we dined in. I ordered the mushroom quiche, but unfortunately, it was dry and tasted like it had been made a couple of days ago, which was disappointing. Next time, I'll try something else to compare. If you plan to sit inside, keep in mind that the space can be a bit noisy and not the most comfortable for a long stay. However, I'll definitely keep coming back for my regular oat milk or almond milk latte!

I wanted some coffee on the way to a hike towards Santa Cruz, so decided to make a stop at the Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company. It was New Year's Day and it was pretty busy. Lots of people sitting and going in and out for their coffee. There is street parking and some lots nearby. When you first enter, you see the coffee counter where you will place your order and they will call your name when your order is ready. Right next door is where you can order your patries and food. I wanted to get something unique and decided to order a double of the cafe borgia (espresso, hot chocolate and orange zest). I normally don't ever order hot drinks, but it was a cold day and the coffee sounded better as a hot drink. I enjoyed my drink! You can definitely taste the espresso, hot chocolate and the orange zest. Definitely made me feel warm inside! If I am in the area, I would definitely come back to try other coffees.

One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in the Bay Area. Their coffee is really great and it's a nice spot to hang out.

What a treasure. Sometimes, I would walk by and see people chatting and enjoying live music late into the evening and would wonder, "which cafe has guests and music this late in the day?" That was the first appeal. The next is the fact that it looks polished yet quaint inside with the furnishings, deco, and set-up in general. It felt cozy inside because of the table set-ups and dim lighting. Since it was later in the day, I opted for a caffeine-free tea. They served it up in a small, cute cup, and the tea was soothing with a deep taste (thankfully no watered down tea here). I also got to try their decaf latte, which was deep without being bitter and had the perfect amount of milk. A little hidden corner in the back houses plentiful choices with merch as well. Service was good. Ambiance was excellent. Tea was my cup of tea.

Great coffee shop with indoor seating and a few outdoor tables. This place is ALWAYS busy, but they are efficient and move quick. Great coffee, muffins, and croissants. I tried the unsweetened matcha and I would skip that - gritty. Their lattes however are amazing!

This place is a rustic, cozy, and lively gem in downtown Los Gatos! Some coffee shops make their cold brew too acidic but this coffee spot made the perfect cold brew! It was nutty and smooth and mot acidic at all! Service was super friendly and while it was busy, the line moved very fast. I will definitely swing by for another coffee and perhaps some pastries!

This spot is a must for coffee lovers! The service is top-notch--the staff is friendly, patient, and super helpful when it comes to picking out your perfect brew. Not sure what you want? They'll walk you through it like your personal coffee sherpa. And it's not just the coffee! They've got some seriously tasty treats to pair with your drink, so be sure to grab a little something sweet (or savory) while you're there. Plus, if you're a home brewer, they'll grind your beans to order so you can enjoy their fresh, flavorful coffee anytime. The only hiccup? Parking. It's downtown Los Gatos, so there's always a solid possibility that you're signing up for a parking scavenger hunt. But think of it as a pre-coffee adventure--you'll appreciate that first sip even more once you've conquered the suburban jungle.Bottom line: Great coffee, delicious treats, and a welcoming vibe make it worth a visit. This place is a win in my book!

There has been MUCH improvement since my first review The awnings got replaced at a premium level the front glass on the far right side has been replaced and the new painted LOS GATOS ROASTING CO looks epic . Still some challenges remain. Out door seating needs to be brought up to a more premium level . I am just wondering why the deep pocket owners Cafe Nero couldn't have done this change up years ago ? They can get to 5 stars if they want it bad enough . One thing still remains Terri is still the coffee saint.

Updated review. This place is as busy as ever. Portland has spoiled me. Espresso drinks aren't very good here. The curse of living in the Pac NW..
