Little Miss Cupcake

Lori makes cupcakes that will spoil you for all other cupcakes. For the rest of your life, no other cupcake wills satisfy you again!These are event cupcakes. Lori makes the cupcakes in her home, the minimum order is a dozen...she can deliver or you can pick them up. And the cupcakes...they are works of art. They look beautiful, you don't want to touch them and disturb their perfection. Until you eat the first one and you have the delicious flavor of chocolate with a 'high hat' of marshmallow inside, or carrot cake, or vanilla and coconut...and then, instead of not wanting to disturb the visual perfection, you will have to fight the urge to dive face-first into the arrangement of cupcakes and devour them until they are all gone!I am drooling as I think about these cupcakes...ahhhhhhhhhh.

The vanilla w/choc buttercream was comparable to kara's cupcakes. The party fave was red velvet. The choc w/choc buttercream was ok. my fave at kara's cupcakes is chocolate velvet - must try!I give Little Miss Cupcake 4 stars in taste and 4 stars in customer service. Lori was quick in replying via phone & email but I don't think she understood what I wanted. I was quite disappointed in the decorations and what they cost. I expected more for what we paid. The "toppers" were not at all like the photos I sent as examples. If we order again, we'll skip all decorations and do it ourselves. It's wasn't worth paying $0.75 a topper. For the price of the toppers we could have bought another dozen cupcakes.Great cupcakes but not the best.

We ordered cupcakes from Lori for our 1 year anniversary party. We told her we wanted pear champagne cupcakes with white frosting because that is what we had at our wedding. She didn't have it on her menu but she found a recipe and whipped them up. We ordered 80 mini cupcakes and one larger cupcake for us to "cut." She had them ready early the day of the party. Reasonable price. They were so yummy--lots of compliments.

Ok so we had these cupcakes at a work party and they were awesome. The frosting is thick and yummy plus the cake is soft and moist. Best cupcake ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My hubby brought me home a mini cupcake and it was off the hook. The frosting was about as high as the entire cupcake, it was creamy, yummy goodness in a bite. I can't wait until the website is updated with all the flavors!

Lori was too easy to be true. I had a bday party for my daughter on Sunday morning and I called her Saturday afternoon (I know I procrastinated) to see if she could make 4 dozen mini cupcakes. She promptly answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. I got the vanilla, chocolate and red velvet. The best thing was she actually delivered them the day of the party which was outdoor and HOT so it was perfect that they didn't sit out and melt. I was so grateful for the quick, friendly service and delivery. Everyone at the party loved the cupcakes! My only afterthought was if there is a size between the mini and the regular cupcakes. The minis were great for people to try more than one but too small to only have one and be satisfied.

I called Lori for a last-minute delivery after my other cupcake option fell through - it was a relief to find her. Lori was enthusiastic about my order (cupcakes for my grandmother's 80th!), and so sweet about the whole process. You could tell she wanted to do a good job, and was excited to make the packaging cute and birthday-esque. Most impressively, Lori sent me a text message - including a picture of the cupcakes! - when she delivered them. It was such a considerate thought, and I know my grandmother liked the cupcakes. Note - I ordered these over the phone, and just sent a check, as she doesn't accept cards over the phone. I'll be ordering more in the future for my Bay Area/San Jose family ! :)

I have used Lori several times over the years and have always been pleased. Her cupcakes are wonderful. I love the variety of size to fit the occasion. The cake is wonderful and moist and her frostings are fabulous! My favorites are her High Hats.

Lori did a wonderful job, customer service was awesome and so were the cupcakes, really great frosting!
