Ladyfingers Cakes

I was so excited to ask Ivy to make my wedding cake since she's been my go to baker all these years and she did such an amazing job! We made an appointment for cake tasting and narrowed it down to the three that we liked (cheesecake, lemon, and strawberry). We did three tiers (8"/10"/12") and it was more than enough to feed a party of 150 people. Ivy also delivered the cake to our venue, which was a huge help because it was one less thing I needed to worry about! The cake matched the theme perfectly and it looked so much better than the inspo pic I had. Thank you again!!

I ordered a mango sago cake for lunar new years for my family as Ivy did a wonderful job with decorating it for the day! The cake was fresh, the mango was sweet, but the crème was not too sweet which is perfect for my Asian family's taste. I really appreciate how fresh they make their cake and Ladyfinger's staff is all so nice. Thank you for the beautiful cake!

Looks nothing like the Inspo picture, the owner misinterpreted what we wanted, said we showed her two pictures when it was just one we even sent it through text, she tried to blame it on the icing being whipped cream that's why it looks bad like this but the border looks nothing like the Inspo picture, plus it was smudged when we open it, we ALSO asked for a marble cake and they gave us chocolate, The cake tasted good but there was a lot of mistakes and it was not what we asked for mostly paying 250$, not worth it and not coming back. We ordered a cake here for my daughter's birthday. We went with a Bluey themed cake that I got the inspiration from instagram and emailed them for a quote. I got a fairly quick response and decided to order through them. Turned out as what I expected. It was a bit on the pricier side when adding the custom decorations but other than that, everything went well from the ordering, to picking up, presentation, and taste of the cake. All our guest enjoyed it and no crumbs were left behind. Will definitely order from them again!

So far amazing. Called to order a Strawberry Whipped Cream cake, half sheet.The phone service was easy, order was simple and the lady who took my call was a doll. Very friendly, helpful and patient. Pick up is Sunday, pictures and cake experience will follow.

Shout out to Ladyfingers Cakes located at San Leandro for an excellent job of doing a Bluey 10" cake!!!!!! This cake became the highlight of the party. Thanks to Ivy for making this easy for us. I am from San Diego but the kid's party is at Oakland. i googled and found Ladyfingers. I have doubts at first, but this is the most convenient for me coming from San Diego. I just paid through Zelle... that's it!!! The cake was delicious too!!! Not too sweet. Love the design and love the cake! This place is highly recommended.

I was in desperate need of a cake for my daughters baby shower. My son-in-laws mom let me know a week before the party that her cake person went out of town. I knew no one would have a chance to make a two tiered cake at this point. I was able to find a simple sheet cake design and took it to lady fingers to see if they could do it. They Did!I got a sponge sheet cake with strawberries and crème filling. The outside was an ombré rose design. Aside from it looking like the pic, the cake was amazing. She used buttercream frosting and nothing was overly sweet!Disclaimer: I have no clue why we didn't take a pic of it but hope this works.

I can't recommend Ladyfingers for custom cakes enough! They always nail my vision for every cake I ask for. Ivy really listens to what I want and makes it happen perfectly every time. Her attention to detail is amazing, and always makes my events special. There will always be guests asking where the cake is from and I'm happy to refer them to Ladyfingers. They are definitely the one to go to!

Pre-ordered a 1/8 sheet durian cake, 1/8 sheet mango cake, and 12 carrot cupcakes for a party. The durian cake is SO GOOD! My family from LA raved about this cake; I should've ordered a half sheet. The mango cake was good but mangos are currently not in season so it was likely frozen mango - still delicious. I really liked the carrot cupcakes (the cream cheese frosting is not too sweet but I only ate a small portion of the frosting); they were packed with shreds of carrots and coconut. Cupcakes had a moist texture. My family thought there was too much shreds of stuff though. Ordered in person and pick up was easy. Will definitely order future cakes here!

I can't get over how cute our gender reveal cake was. I ordered the cake 2 days ago and it was ready. It looks exactly like the inspiration picture I sent. We got the fruit sponge cake so it was perfectly not too sweet. The cake was a little pricey for a 6 inch, but we are so happy with how it turned out.
