The tacos are gas. You get plenty of onion and radish to go with the tacos and their salsas go great with them. Also, it's a great price at about $3 a taco. The horchata is gas.

I ordered the Mole Oaxaqueno, and it was fantastic. The chicken was well-seasoned; the rice was not dry, and the refried beans were good. The mole was very flavorful. The lady also showed me a traditional Oaxacan dish: Tlayudas, and it is definitely on my list to try now. The service was fast and responsive. And the ambiance was a food truck with canopy.

I love Oaxacan-style tamales. As a Vietnamese person, I find it comforting to eat food wrapped in banana leaves. I was excited to find this truck with my partner and stopped by for dinner around 8:00 pm. Since we came late, they only had pork tamales ($4) left. We also ordered a carne asada burrito ($13) which came with radishes, a grilled jalapeno, and grilled onions on the side. Both items were really good! I was particularly impressed with the burrito. While the burrito was a bit on the smaller side compared to other places I've gone to, it was very balanced and satisfying. There was plenty of carne asada plus the rice and beans were seasoned well. It didn't feel like I was eating a tube of rice and beans. The burrito also had chopped lettuce, crema, and cheese. The tortilla was griddled a bit on the outside which I loved. There was a good amount of pork in our tamal and we enjoyed every bite. Everything was delicious, but we couldn't resist drizzling our food with the orange and green sauces for an extra punch of flavor and spice. There was also salsa macha on the table for more heat if you like your food extra spicy. The truck is parked alongside a park so there's a good amount of free street parking. There's a small counter attached to the truck with a few stools but there's also a few tables with chairs set up under a canopy for you to sit at. They accept cash, credit card, Zelle, Apple pay, and Google pay. I spoke to another diner who said her dining companion is from Oaxaca and this is their go-to spot. I'll definitely be coming back to try their huaraches and tlayuda!

Homey mom and pop taco truck by Plata Arroyo Skate Park. It's brightly lit up with neon lights so you can't miss it. It's nestled on the sidewalk with limited seating and stools for dining customers. We came on July 4th and we had a 360 view of fireworks while enjoying our meal. It was a very memorable meal for us.

Ok one of the best tacos I ever had Besides the location, I think I'd come back here whenever I'm craving tacos in the bay! I ordered the tripa, carne asada and al pastor! They were all very good and the meat was very flavorful! My bf also enjoyed the carne asada burrito! He said the rice was very well seasoned and that everything in the burrito each complemented it as a whole. I just wish they had more sauces and gave more limes for the tacos! But I really appreciated how they gave cucumber and peppers. Service was nice and fast, I think I got my order in 10 mins! They take card and cash and have zelle!

The women at this food truck are sweet and welcoming! One thing I appreciate about their burritos is the lettuce they add. I know it may sound weird but I do love some veggie aspects in a hearty starchy burrito.

I haven't been to Oaxaca before, but I've been to Mexico City a few times. The mole at La Oaxaquense compares with what I've had in Mexico. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. The salsas and homemade tortillas were the perfect complements. Tender chicken. Can't ask for more.Make sure to call ahead of time to confirm their location. They're usually at the plaza arroyo skate park but sometimes they set up at different places.

I did not want to write this review exposing this spot, but they DESERVE it. The food is delicious! I almost tried everything on the menu their chicken tamales 10/10, enchiladas 10/10, burrito 10/10, tacos 10/10 the tortillas are homemade, as well as their chicken mole 10/10 not too spicy and not too sweet it's perfect. Prices are cheaper than most food trucks. It is usually the same lady working she is so nice and caring.

My go-to for Mexican food on the east side. Quick, convenient and the ladies there are always cordial. Fav are the slopes but everything I've tried has been wonderful.
