La Michoacana Las Delicias

The familia and I decided to check out La Michoacana Las Delicias after we had dinner at KV Noodle. Our first time and what a treat! There were so many great ice cream flavors and types of desserts to choose from. From sundaes to paletas to waffles topped with fruit, to sorbets or dairy based ice cream (all made in-house), there's something for everyone at this dessert place. If you're not familiar with Mexican flavors, staff are happy to answer your questions (not to mention provide a sample). I had a scoop of mango in a cup which was light and refreshing, and my wife had a scoop of nues (which is pecan and reminded her of her childhood). My son had 2 scoops: agua de fresa (strawberry) and mango, and my daughter had 2 scoops: Oreo and caffe. Both really enjoyed their choices.The business was bright and clean, with tables for patrons inside and outside. If you're looking for desserts outside the usual offerings, I recommend La Michoacana Las Delicias. Our family will definitely be back to try out the other flavors and types of desserts!

I've never been to a Mexican ice cream shop, so the flavors were all new to me! I appreciated the workers' patience as my party and I were super indecisive. They offer samples for you to try the flavors which is super helpful; I highly recommend it because even the mango ice cream tasted different than the usual flavor. I went with a scoop of the fresas con crema which was a delicious blend of strawberry and milk. The scoops they give are giant! I was almost unable to finish it. The flavor also got a bit too sweet for me as I kept eating.The shop looks like it's been open for quite a while! There's a menu with tons of outdated/crossed-out prices. The options are quite vast and you can tell they prepare everything with fresh ingredients. There's a few tables inside for seating.

The service was amazing! The worker working the store tonight was super helpful and funny! There are so many food choices, desserts and icecream flavors to choose from! We enjoyed all our foods including the banana split.A solid spot and would come again

Food: 5/5 I am not from the area, and not used to having so many interesting flavors for ice cream. So many flavors that it was difficult for me to even choose which to get for a scoop! The tres leeches was my favorite, tequila was interesting (though the gentleman working there mentioned there was no actual alcohol in it), and the arroz con leche I bought was creamy and flavorful. This ice cream does not taste store bought or "too airy" like sometimes at ice cream shops. Lots of raisins and cinnamon flavor. Service: 5/5The gentleman working there greeted me as soon as I walked in, and also accommodated the fact that I just asked for a half scoop. Ambiance: 5/5Lots of other stores to walk around in after you get your ice cream. Inside was quiet and vibrant.

Es la primera vez que vengo a este lugar porque me lo recomendaron y la calidad de todos los postres aquí es impresionante, todo está super delicioso y de buena calidad. 100% recomendado!

Had a terrible experience the lady got my order wrong and she couldn't give me a refund. She denied that she gave me the wrong order when she didn't tell me what I exactly wanted. I'm allergic to granola and the lady told me that there was no granola in the ice cream she gave me and it did have it, I'm very upset with the service they provided me today. Highly recommend. My fiancé and I had just finished dinner in the area and wanted to pop into the plaza for dessert. Initially I was going to the churro spot next door, but as soon as I walked into the place I couldn't stand how the place reeked of oil. We decided to stop by La Michoacana Las Delicias as our second choice, but it was a clear winner. All the ice creams looked amazing, and I felt better about their ingredients being fresher and tastier. I appreciated that a lot of the ice creams were made with traditional Mexican flavors, which piqued my interest enough to want to come back to try them all. My fiancé and I have been on a paletas (Mexican popsicles) kick lately but only store-bought, so we were blown away by all the options carried at La Michoacana Las Delicias. We got one of each: fruity pebble, caramel, strawberry milk, and fresh strawberry cream paletas. I couldn't wait to eat my caramel paleta in the car, and it was absolutely fantastic. The ice cream was so creamy and smooth, and the caramel flavor was spot on. Lastly, service was totally fine. The server who helped us was very nice and friendly.

Decided to come here for dessert after having pho next door at KV Noodle. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of options they had for ice cream (there was a lot!). Good thing they offered samples so we tried a few of them. The lady who helped us out was patient with us as we weren't too familiar with some of the flavors. The kids ended up settling on strawberry and bubble gum and hubby tried the fererro rocher ice cream. Both ice creams were so good and creamy! It was nice to know that they had dairy free options so if you can't handle dairy too well, at least there's something for you. They also have other snacks available too. Place is clean, nothing too fancy. You can dine inside and there were also some tables outside. Overall a decent place if you're in the mood for ice cream.

Got the fresas con crema a large one it cost me $20 not worth it . To top it off it wasn't good at all ended up throwing it away.

Cuando vine aquí lo primero que vi fue la cantidad de buenas cosas qué hay de comer aquí, if I could live closer to here I'll be there as often pero me encanto el sentido de recetas familiares y como es el personal de atentos. I love the service and the family ambiance that that the place brings when you talk to them. I would tell people that. I wanna come here more times as I can!
