One of the best commissary kitchens we have ever used! Place is always clean and there are a lot of space for prep. The owners of the place are awesome! Super accommodating, friendly and always able to deliver! Highly recommend!

I have nothing against the owner or the people that works here , the only thing i would say if you are starting a small business , this is not the place for you , way to expense it and im going to leave it at that !

I have rented this commercial kitchen for manufacture my chili & spices products. The owner Ching are very nice, helpful & flexible to dealing with. She went through & helped me with all the permit documents to apply. She is very easy to communicate & helped me with the results. Appreciated for all her help!! Sonny the kitchen manager also very friendly & helpful. He always make sure that I am safe & okay in the kitchen time to time & in case I need something. Is kind like a family kitchen that have feelings & connection not only business. I am glad & feels lucky to found this place as my working place to produce my products. They are very supportive & helpful. Greatly appreciate it!!

Wow! It's hard to find a commercial kitchen, period! We had all but given up hope, then we found KBTH. What we didn't realize was that not only had we found a kitchen, but one with every form of equipment you can imagine to produce food products on a commercial scale. And two wonderful people with vast amounts of experience in the industry that honestly care about how our fledgling business does. People with a heart, imagine that!?!?! As valuable as the facility itself, which must have over $500k of equipment in it, is wisdom and input that Owner & Chef Erin is willing and able to provide. Reasonable fees, flexible & full functioned facility, relaxed but professional atmosphere & a wise, funny & compassionate "landlord"... does it get any better???

I have been using KBTH for almost a year now. I started my small buisness last year and was looking for a nearby and affordable commercial kitchen. Thank god I found Erin. Erin made the whole process super easy. She is very knowledgable in the food industry. Her facility has EVERYTHING to make your business successful. She had a custom inside storage rack built to store my food cart....without asking for it.:).

the worst kebab I have had ever in my life. I went to their food truck over in Fremont, the food was cold and they put a very small potion for an expensive price. no recomended at all. stay away from this Kebab

Kitchen by the Hour is making a huge impact in the small business community! We are a small coffee company that has a mission to help animal rescue organizations by donating our profits to them. We came to KBTH to expand our business to sell cold brew coffee at different events and festivals all over the Bay. Ching, the owner, has been extremely helpful from the very start! She is very prompt and diligent when we request signatures for various county's TFF applications. She makes this process less stressful. Scheduling time in the kitchen is easy, and the kitchen is clean and equipped with everything we need to prepare our cold brew and get on to business. We have been at KBTH for 6 months now and have been able to donate over $3,000 from our cold brew profits to animal rescue organizations throughout the Bay Area. We highly recommend KBTH! I rented this kitchen for my catering and online order offering Singapore food. Ching the owner and Sonny are very helpful with my permits application and always flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend this place if you are planning to do catering or meal preparation. Reasonable rate.

Take your small business to the next level. This facility offers some of the best rates and service any commisary can offer. Sonny always accommodates all our needs during our 10 years of partnership. He and Ching are the best specially when it came to the communication and how they really put the clients first with their needs. Parking in the back had a decent amount of room. The equipment always available even at times when schedules are busy. The only time Sonny will say the word "no" is in the response of "No Problem."

We use this as our commercial kitchen for our bbq business. Price is very reasonable and the owner is very kind. Sonny works all the time to make sure everything sails smoothly. Ching is very kind as well. I would definitely recommend using this place as a commercial kitchen!!!Their appliances are top notch as well. Very blessed to have found this commercial kitchen!
