Food was good and drinks were yummy!! The fried chicken was crispy and delicious and the thai tea pancakes were actually SO GOOD. I highly recommend the lychee cocktail as well, it was not too sweet and the perfect brunch drink. Service was great. We were here for a party of 15+ and all the food came out super timely and about the same time. The employees were very sweet and accomodating!Atmosphere was great! Looks like a popular hangout spot and many people celebrate birthdays there. Highly recommend!

Fast friendly service Portion for price is fair Roti was crispy, greasy goodnessNot a fan of my chicken that day. Crispy but dry, even with the curry. Definitely get the coconut rice :) Curry was alright. Thai tea is sweet like a cup of straight up sugar. They were very sweet and took it off the bill for me bc I couldn't consume it. Thank you!

1:15PM on a Sunday, and it was still bustling, but we (party of 2) were seated in a few minutes. Service was quick but food took awhile to come out - Maybe half an hour? We didn't notice as we were busy chatting away anyways.Pad Thai w/ Chicken (4.5/5): Actually sooo yummy. My friend and I love a good pad thai so we wanted to grab this staple dish and see how it compares. Solid, decent portions, and I'd love extra bean sprouts.Ka - Pow Short Rib Eggs Benedict (4/5): Meat was really tender and green beans were good/spiced, poached egg wasn't runny but still good & hollandaise sauce was just okay. I wanted to try this dish because it was one of their popular items, but I would like to try the tom yum omelette as a savory dish in its place next time as this one wasn't my favorite.Mango Sticky Rice (4/5): Our fault because mango isn't in season, but the sticky rice was still sweet and enjoyable. Different from a traditional mango sticky rice - See pic!Thai Tea (5/5): Like pad thai, it's a staple. Solid!

I had seen Khao Hom on social media platforms on multiple occasions, and thought of it immediately when trying to find a good place for weekend brunch. The restaurant is spacious, and reservations super easy to make on Yelp. They also have a waitlist option if you decide to wait the day of.We ordered the following:[+] roti with curry dip[+] pad thai[+] crab tom yum omelette[+] avocado toast[+] pumpkin curry[+] lychee martini[+] tamarind cocktailThe ingredients were fresh and Thai flavors on point. Servings were small, though, so there wasn't much to take home. Otherwise, service was great - they consistently checked up on us throughout our meal and made sure our drinks kept coming.Khao Hom is a welcome addition to the Downtown Hayward area; both family friendly and good for a brunch out with the ladies.

Thai food and brunch all in one spot. Sharing is optional but I recommend it if you want to try various menu items. My favorite were the wok noodles and the Khao Hom waffle! I do want to try other items like the thai pancakes and soups. Everything looks delicious. The spicy noodles were not too greasy and good on the spice level. The waitress did also offer more spicey sauce and of course we accepted. Staff are caring and check in on you ofttimes. The host was also funny and kind. The restaurant did fill up quickly so I recommend getting a reservation on Yelp. It is easy and they ask upon arrival if you have one already. There is a parking lot right behind the building which is free and public so no need to worry about parking. It is also very close to Bart, located in the Downtown Hayward district.

Great food. Got the, Crabby Tom Yum. Lots of crab meat on top and the egg was fluffy. The Tom Yum was a bit cold but I didn't send it back. I also got the Thai Tea pancakes. 3 pancakes with an assortment of fruit. Thai Tea syrup was so delicious. I would come back for both dishes. I also got an order of the Siracha garlic wings to got. Air fried them later and they were good. Not at all spicy. The service was fine. The only annoying part was my wife kept a menu to order to go and the waiter came by 4 times asking if she was ready to order to go. Geez let her enjoy her food. Ambiance is Thai inspired. They have two rooms, one for large parties and the other for more intimate dining where the bar is. I'll be back to try the same things or something different.

Such a beautiful restaurant! There's a little decorative grassy wall with the name in LED lights right at the entrance where you can take those mandatory selfies. They'll even take your photo for you! And it wasn't busy on a Thursday night for dinner! We were seated right away and service was quick and friendly. There's limited street parking but also a big parking lot at the back/side of the restaurant you can park in. The food was delicious! I loved my drink, not too sweet, perfect balance. And my fried chicken over fried rice was so yummy. Also enjoyed the calamari as an appetizer. Great portions and my tastebuds were singing the whole night! Highly recommend.

We have come here for dinner and for brunch and both times we were impressed with the food. For our dinner here, we ordered the pad Thai and yellow curry. Both dishes had a lot of flavor and ones that we would expect. For brunch, we had the fried chicken and roti and the street noodles with seafood. My partner really liked his street noodles and thought there was a good amount of seafood. I thought the chicken was super generous and that the roti was very fresh. I would only want there to be more yellow curry with that dish. Prices are a bit higher here but the quality of the food is good. The place wasn't super busy on the weeknight for dinner, but it was busy for brunch on a weekend, so I would recommend going on Yelp and getting a reservation prior to brunch. Otherwise, you might be waiting for a table as we saw about 3 parties do.

Came here on a Tuesday for lunch and we were seated right away. The service was prompt and friendly. It wasn't packed but I could see how this spacious space can get full. They have a two page breakfast and two page dinner menu. After noon, they offer the dinner menu so I selected the eggplant with tofu and rice. I cannot tell you how delicious it was. The way the eggplant, onions, bell pepper, and tofu was marinated with a flavor punch and a hint of spice was spectacular. I left no crumbs!
