Authentic Sichuan cuisine, absolutely love the food here. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all thoughtfully prepared by the restaurant. The red chili oil used in the dishes is especially fragrant and flavorful.

My absolute favorite Sichuan restaurant. I came here twice today even. Their mapo tofu is a perfect ratio of numbing and spicy with a great toubanjan flavor and silky texture; it's a must get when you come. The lamb skewers are an underrated pick as well. We also ordered their green beans, century egg in hot oil, and twice cooked pork. All hits. Friendly staff and prompt service. I forgot to get a 'before' picture because we were too excited to dig in.

It's hard to find an authentic Szechuan place that gives friendly service to people who don't speak their language, but I think I finally found a solid choice! Located in the same plaza as Kyo Po Korean market, there's plenty of parking. Cozy yet spacious interior. Service was very prompt and friendly throughout entire meal. Everything we got was so flavorful and delicious. Dan Dan noodles was very saucy with hints of spice, big portion and overall highly recommend. The star of the night was the house special crispy spicy fish fillet - so crispy and flavorful on the outside with light and airy tender pieces of fish on the inside. We devoured this! We also got the triple delight sizzling rice which came with so much extra sauce that we took it home in 2 containers. This was a good balance to the meal because it wasn't spicy at all. We also got the lamb skewer appetizer and it was yummy with a nice balance of fat and tender meat - it didn't have much Szechuan spices though. I'll definitely be back!

CRISPY CUMIN CHICKEN HERE IS TO DIE FOR My choice for my first dinner back home after a month abroad. JX Cuisine is my go-to Chinese restaurant with delicious authentic Sichuan cuisine (as well as some more fusion-ey favorites if that's your jam). They're a rare Chinese restaurant where the food AND the service are wonderful (they have 4.1 stars on Yelp which defies the 3.5 star theory)! They also have a great selection of vegetable dishes for folks who don't eat meat/seafood. My husband and I love going here to eat or grab takeout when we're feeling lazy. We've also gone with Chinese friends who also gave glowing reviews.Listing my favorite dishes below:- Triple Delight with Sizzling rice (absolutely loaded with seafood!! They also have a beef version)- Cumin Crispy Chicken (I love ALL their dishes but this is my favorite dish. It's must order, I promise)- Cumin Lamb (husband's favorite and go-to dish!) - Spicy Wontons (homemade!! I asked lol) - Dan Dan Noodles (SOOO good)- Mantou (I LOVE these, they're so good dipped in condensed milk. The fried ones are my jam)- Lamb Spine Hotpot (my husband's other fav, the meat falls right off the bone and it has two different broths. Great for sharing) - BBQ Fish (we usually order this when we go with friends since it's great for sharing. Heads up the fish comes whole!) - Pea Shoots (Dou Miao - the steak of veggies and probably my favorite vegetable) - Sauteed Celtuce (friends recently got me hooked on this veggie dish!)- Sauteed String Bean (another one of my favorite veggie dishes)

Definitely love this place! Would recommend this restaurant to people to try. Their signature is SICHUAN MAPO TOFU. Their mapo tofu is different style that we used to try. The flavor just hit the mark. Their SMOKED TEA DUCK is so DELICIOUS. According to the chef, the smoked duck was prepared and cooked for more than 10 hours. It was moist, tender, and the smokiness really gets into the bone. We love their TRIPLE DELIGHT RICE TREASURE. it was a mixed of seafood and vegetable gravy, poured on top of rice cracker. It was truly a delight dish. They have so many menu to try. I heard their cumin chicken was also delicious. This dish will be our next dish to try for future visit.

Come support a family restaurant. I had a plan to try a different style of Chinese restaurant. This restaurant has more spices and a huge variety. We opted for the followingPan fried garlic shrimp. Incredibly tasty. Ginger licking good. General Tsao chicken. Hits the spot. Recommend this place. However I would order more items from chefs special menu.

The Malatang is as delicious as always. The spiced braised dishes, spicy chicken, and stir-fried celtuce are all of excellent quality. The prices are reasonable, and I will definitely visit again.

This used to be a great place before Covid but now, not so much. Experience and the food were entirely different from what I imagined. Imagine lunch for one person costing $50 for one appetizer and entree. They even charged for rice.
