Formerly known as Jen's Cakes, but they are known as CustomCakesbyShavon's. Their service was attentive to detail and quick to get back to me. Our custom order was exactly how was described it and a detail wasn't missed. The earlier you contact them about a custom cake, the more love and attention they will give your cake, so make sure to give at least a few weeks ahead of time to order your custom cake.

Inquired through Yelp and got a response fairly quickly to email them. Shavon was super quick in responding, even though I ordered the cake I wanted only a few days before I needed it. I sent about three pictures of inspiration of how I wanted the cake, and everything was taken care of after that. Cake was delivered on time and looked great!I also love how there's a big variety of flavors to choose from.

I've had Jen's Cakes bookmarked since my wedding in 2019. When it came time to plan my son's first birthday party, I knew I wanted to reach out to Jen's Cakes and nobody else. I ordered a two-tiered racing themed cake, smash cake, cupcakes, and cookies. About 2 weeks before the party, I went in and met with Shavon to brainstorm the design of the cakes/cookies. I also had very specific dietary restrictions for the cake/cupcakes (no sugar, no salt). Shavon was able to accommodate all my requests. I was honestly shocked when I saw the cakes. Her cakes are stunning. (And they also taste good!)The best part of my order were the cookies. I ordered a total of 4 dozen cookies (various shapes/designs). They were delicious (not the least bit dry!) AND all so beautifully decorated. I've attached a photo of the cookies and you can also see part of the cake in the background.If you want a beautiful custom cake and/or custom sugar cookies, don't bother searching anywhere else. Shavon and her team are truly talented and also the nicest people!

Jen's Cakes did an amazing job for my sisters bridesmaids proposal cookies! Shavon was so easy to work with and had great communication through the whole process of deciding what I wanted.I sent her a photo of some cookies I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. I ordered a week in advance and was able to pick up my cookies the morning I needed them! I will for sure be ordering my cakes and cookies from here moving forward!

We attended a friend's birthday party this weekend and Jen's Cakes provided two gorgeous and delicious tasting cakes. The first cake was a banana flavored white cake and the 2nd a chocolate cake with bananas and whipped cream filling. I love chocolate, so you know I especially loved the chocolate cake. So good...highly recommend.

I don't post reviews often but I have to share that Shavon made the cutest cake for my fiancé's birthday. She was so quick to respond to my requests and attentive to my needs. She also was very communicative on timing. Thank you again for the delicious cake!!

Shavon's cakes are incredible! They are stunning, incredibly delicious, and so many options! The tastings provided options we wouldn't have originally thought of, and ended up choosing. The dessert table setup provided so much flexibility and a stress free process for the big day!

Our wedding cake Savon the owner said it could be done, cake was late it looked horrible, cake was stale and dry, design nothing like we had ordered, the edible flower and leaves plastic two roses . We had a wooden stand it was going to go on nope ! Savon until this day has not contacted us to make it right . The worse thing my invoice and her word did not meet expectations. 1500.00 for this
