I don't usually leave a review, but I will here since it was just that good. The bone marrow and galbi short rib stood out, fatty and juicy. Kate was very attentive and helpful with recommendations, even offered her secret sauce which was all good choices. Super nice and chill overall enjoyed her presence. The place had a good night out vibe. They don't do shabu shabu anymore but the kbbq is still worth.

They made fantastic recommendations, and their proactive approach truly set this place apart.Kate, our waitress, was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable. Not only did she check in on us frequently (without being intrusive), but she also had a deep knowledge of the menu and suggested the perfect dishes based on our preferences. Her energy was infectious, and she made us feel genuinely welcome--like we were dining at a friend's place rather than a restaurant. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, ensuring our drinks were always full and that we never had to wait for anything. Oh and her sauces were BOMB!And let's talk about the all-you-can-eat ice cream--what a treat! Kate made sure we got this. The whole experience was next-level because of her, and we will absolutely be back.If you're lucky enough to have Kate as your waitress, you're in for an outstanding experience. Hungry Cow is a must-visit, and the service alone is worth every penny!

Food was good, we loved the experience and our waiter was excellent.Me and my girlfriend wanted to try out this place because it has great reviews and we loved it but reason for 1 star is because our bill was 80$ (didn't save my copy unfortunately) plus we also left tip on cash. Turns out when I checked my bank account I got charged 107$ I'm not sure what the extra charges were since when we paid it read 80$ We both each got the gold option which I believe it's 39$ plus tax and one drink. If we ever go back I'm saving my copy because I wouldn't want to get over charged again

Food is fiRE! First time here & it's basically the best KBBQ I've ever been to in my life loll. The meats they have are so unique like whAt! & talk about BONE MARROW TOAST !! This one meat that was on a big bone was the best -- I get why it's only 1 per person. Huge but soo juicy & flavorful !!Also, I hope u guys get Drew!! DREW WAS AWESOME !!!! One of the best services I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing!! He recommended such great foods for us, SO friendly, funny, quick, & even helped us cook our scallops. Taught us how to make other stuff but ya. Also came out w a LED BIRTHDAY SIGN LOL The ambiance was ambiancing. Literal fire looking air diffuser thing lol. & the robots are freakin cool! The robot was set up so cute for the HBD delivery w Drew like a lil sidekick10/10 recommend !!!!!!

My favorite ayce kbbq spot in the bay. Most value for money and meat quality is great. Always opt for platinum tier (only $50) and you'll leave satisfied.I've been here over a handful of times and service is always good too. Our server David today was super social, helpful, and friendly 5/5

Amazing service! My cousin is a regular here and she took us for our first time. We all love kbbq so we enjoy trying new places. Very cute place with neon lights and spacious booths. We got the gold choice- I heard the platinum is great as well just depends on what meats you like! The meats were tender and thin and easy to cook. I like to also add rice paper and corn cheese. We get to order through a tablet attached to the table so you can order at your own pace but the server constantly checked in on us and asked us if we wanted anything else/ refilled all our drinks. The mixed drinks are fantastic and during happy hour you can get well drinks and beers for a great price! Would love to come here again. Also shout out Isaiah he was a very attentive and fantastic server :)

I usually never get the higher tiers of ayce kbbq but our server recommended the platinum so we gave it a try. Honestly, no regrets! It was so worth it.The meat quality is good and their sides are also yummy! The joomooluk and hand cut short rib were definitely the stand out meats. I also love the unlimited bone marrow! My only gripe was the beef bone soup was only warm and got cold quick. I wish it was a little hotter.Servers were also very kind and attentive. Overall, I loved the experience and good! I know I'll be back!

A kbbq place i actually like and would return, finally!Ambiance - 5: They have a full bar with yummy drinks for the long wait! Cool smoke decor and robots to bring over the meat.Food - 5: We got the Platinum and wow - all of the quality of the meat was top notch! Perfect marbling on the meat. As part of the set, they bring out Bone Marrow with toast and for someone that's meh about bone marrow enjoyed it thoroughly. Loved their rice paper, kimchi fried rice, all of the side dishes, and honestly all of the meat we tried. Service - 5: Drew was so attentive to our table switching out the grills numerous times. They also have an iPad, which the server will give you the code after getting seated.Drinks - 4: They have a lot of the classics like AMF, Long Island, etc. but they also have their specialities. We really enjoyed the White Gummy but all of the drinks we tried were yummy.One downside is the restroom is currently broken so there's porta-potty outside but very clean!

The last 2 times we have gone here were incredible !! Everything we ate was amazing and hit the spot! We've gotten well taken care of by both James and William and they even gave us some really good tips with sauces that we will be carrying with us the next times we visit here lol, thank you both!
