Great food and service for the area. Would definitely recommend the rolls (especially the Bay Area Sashimi Roll). Entree portions are generally on the larger size (yay!), and prices are pretty reasonable. **I would also highly recommend the Tako Karaage (fried whole baby octopus) and ask for katsu sauce on the side to dip!

Finally, a standout sushi spot in the area! The fish was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. Each piece practically melted in my mouth. (We went to Japan earlier this year, so it's hard to find places that are tasty enough to be frequent visitors to -- we'll be coming back here!)The service was just as impressive. Our server, Justin, was attentive and made the entire dining experience even better. Can't wait to come back!The ambiance was also great. Quiet and cozy.

What lovely indoor vibes. I tried their chicken karaage, agedashi tofu and gyoza. Everything was crispy and hot, karaage was so good. The chicken katsu was so crispy, delicious, large portions, I was very surprised to see my plate when I received it! I highly recommend the Bay Area Sashimi roll, the tuna was so fatty and melted in your mouth. I also ordered the mango tango, super crunchy roll, but the bay area sashimi roll was the all star behind the omakase! There's a big selection of sake and wine. The server was attentive. I would definitely come again to try all the rolls.

The food is excellent, the overall dining environment is great, and the service is very courteous. They also have an impressive selection of sake. The prices are reasonable for Japanese cuisine. The food was amazing, I ordered Beef Udon soup and my friends got the bento boxes + extra rolls and sashimi. The service was beyond excellent. Hao was amazing, courteous and caring the whole time. The interior is very cozy and warm.

This is a relatively nice place in terms of interior and location. It's quiet and has a traditional Japanese flair, but that is really where it ends. The food is not great. Everything is done just ok, but not good, and hence three stars. I want to comment especially on sashimi and sushi. I personally like the traditional Japanese thin cut sashimi and the thick cut makes me nauseous. 3cm pieces as in the picture is like eating a raw meat stake - not appetizing, especially if fish has fiber in it. We didn't touch the sashimi. I really love sushi but this cut makes me averse to it. The roll was not well done either - it was oddly shaped and barely hanging together. Amino ok but shouldn't be served on a cucumber that robbs it of its delicate taste, and Uni - not sure of the quality, but it's not premium. Either way - I wouldn't bother with this place, not for the price.

Fresh, well presented traditional dishes and palatable creations. I especially liked their fresh box combinations. On the spot, personal care by amiable wait staff. Sushi bar, tables, and suitable separate room for intimate groups. All tied together by an authentic cultural authenticity.Withholding a star only because the staff is still learning and missed a couple of small details.

The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. We got recommendations to try the Hirotaka Sashimi Deluxe and it was so good with the Otoro and Salmon Belly Overall a very casual place to be with friends. We had a group of 15, and we had a blast! A very cozy place to eat and hang out!

**BRAND NEW PLACE - EXCELLENT** Random night, craved sushi. Drove right by it and decided to try. Turns out they're 1 month old!Excellent service, quality food. Sushi was fresh & high quality. Give it a shot. We will be back!
