First time order snd and only got naan and channa massala but it was delicious . Honestly, it was the best channa massala I've had and that's one of my favorite dishes. Be aware this isn't a stand alone restaurant; it's part of East Bay Eats. I would definitely return to try more of their food.P.S. medium is pretty spicy

I tried the chili chicken mo-mo (a little confusing since another mo-mo dish says chicken), and the veg samosa chaat/chat. Both were very tasty, the kind of thing you want to keep eating when you're full. I've only had chili mo-mo once, and I don't really remember what it was like in order to compare. The ends of the dumplings here were slightly tough/chewy, but I guess that could be from basically double-cooking.I went in person to see what the setup was and because I wanted to clarify which mo-mo I should order; there wasn't a phone number, and you don't see the kitchens at all, only a pickup counter and attendant with an ordering kiosk. There are a few tables to the left.I browsed the different menus on the kiosk while I was waiting, and another kitchen had empanada de leche so I ordered that also for dessert.I only wish they'd use something other than non-recyclable plastic. And, hopefully this will improve, but I put "no utensils" in three places but they still put them in the bag. 99% of the time I take my food home, so I do not need more plastic utensils that I won't use. (They're supposed to ask if you need them now instead of just sticking them in there.)

Best momo I have ever tried! I tried both their jhol and steam momo and damn it was so good. Definitely going back again. So glad finally we got some good Nepalese/Indian food around this area.

Recently opened To-go restaurant, they do have dining area where you can sit down and enjoy. I loved their food, very convenient to order for pick up. Many options of foods to choose from, you must try their MoMo( dumpling) and chicken chili . Will order again to try more items

Worst food ever. We went to try the East Bay Eats at Hayward. Its a cloud kitchen where you can order different items from different restaurants. One of the restaurants is Himalayan Fusion Bistro. I ordered veg chilly momo. It was so disgusting that I had to come here to write a review. I specifically ordered a vegetarian momo but I could taste meat in it. They said in the description that it is Steamed dumplings deep fried and then sauteed with chili sauce, bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion. The dumplings had cheese inside it which was nowhere mentioned and It was too sweet. It felt like eating a desert with meat. It tasted so bad. Won't recommend it to anyone. Worst food I have ever eaten in my life.

We came here by accident. We thought we were coming to a BBQ location that said they were open until 10pm but we got here and it was closed. This is actually a bunch of small places who rent little kitchens. At first, I was super supportive and thought this was a cool idea for small businesses. But after a few minutes, you can tell that it's a poorly run place with four tables for people to sit at once they get their food and weird little robots bringing the food out. Bring back people and waiters. after you pay for your food, it gives a time of how long the food will take. Our order said 16 to 23 minutes. Our food ended up coming out 32 minutes later. This is after we asked the man at the ordering counter if that was an accurate time and he said no it should only be around 7 to 10 minutes. I can update the review after we try the food. We are taking it home because we are frustrated and don't want to be here any longer plus the eating area is seriously lacking in ambience. We ordered medium spice level and it looks pretty light so we don't have super high hopes.

We ordered catering far my family friend each and everyone they love the food we got it , I highly recommend recommend Himalayan fusion Bistro if you like to have Nepali and Chinese Indian food.
