Great tea house! We had it in China and we really liked it. It is great to see the store opened in Sunnyvale.

Love mango sago in this location. I recommended it's delish. Service is very fast here. It's not as crowded as the one on Lundy.

I love the cloud jasmine tea. The cheese foam is amazing!!! Love it so much it has become a weekly addiction to have some fresh tea Heytea. Definitely beats the other tea franchises out the ballpark right now. The grape and mulberry are also quite tasty. The coconut milk is super yummy To avoid the line, we always order ahead of time on app. Ambiance wise is nice modern look. The scent is too strong for my nose and not to my liking. Also the air quality always feel super congested.

My friends and I came here after we ate, and the line was super long, stretching out the door. I actually thought it was for the Korean barbecue place but it wasn't. It took about an hour to get in, only to find out that we could've ordered online or used the self-kiosk. However, the kiosk wasn't really being used, and the workers didn't mention it, which felt like a bit of a miscommunication.After I placed my order, I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my drink. The drinks themselves were really good, but I wouldn't want to wait that long again. Next time, I'll order in advance and just pick it up. Keep in mind, this was a few weeks after the place opened, so I think as the initial hype dies down, it'll be a great Boba spot to visit.

Finally got to try HeyTea, and the fresh flavor of fruit was really good so I see the appeal! I ordered the grape cloud crisp, and luckily came in when there was 0 wait.Shop is really clean and maintained well, and the staff were very friendly. I did enjoy my drink but I wasn't blown away by it. It was hard to get all the fruit at the bottom because it wouldn't fit through the straw. It also wasn't too icy when I drank it but that's my fault, because I only drank it when I got home.All in all a solid place and I do want to try more of their drinks, so I will be back!

Super cute asthetic ! Not a studying place, but definitely a nice vibe to chill with friends. The drinks themselves are a bit heavier/creamier than most milk tea places. But that's my preference. If you're a big fan of cheese foams, you'll probably like this as well. The whole drink itself is basically a big cup of cheese foam and tea. Tastes yummy tho! I recommend the supreme brown sugar boba milk tea. Enjoy!

*Review based on mobile orders*When placing orders through the app, it gave an estimated 20 min wait. The only thing is that you can't leave notes on individual drinks, just on the overall order. I had left a note saying to remove boba from one of the drinks and they were able to accommodate that and added additional cheese foam since the drink was lower. Pick up was fast and quick. There is very limited indoor seating but it's pretty spacious & clean. It's more of a pick up & go spot. Parking is free since it's in a large plaza.

Grabbed a drink here last Monday with my cousins on Presidents' Day. As if the plaza couldn't get any busier, there was a huge line here, but it did move fair fast. Upon my cousin's recommendation, I grabbed the coconut mango boom. The drink had some coconut chunks and sago at the bottom and wasn't too sweet! It did feel like a nice mix of coconut and fresh fruit. The drink definitely feels on the supposed "healthy" side, so proceed with caution. Would I come back? Yes, but definitely will be ordering for pickup next time around. There are some seating inside, but not many, especially when busy.

Came here on a sunday night with friends around 7pm. We waited in line for a little bit, until we saw that we could order line. I really love their aesthetics for their menu. It's definitely feels very luxury vibe and the user interface is very spot on. We didn't get our drinks for about 15 mins which is pretty fast considering the long line and the amount of orders they had on the screen. My friends ordered Passion Fruit Blast and Mango Grapefruit boom. I ordered Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea with less sugar. Even with less sugar, it was still about 80% sweet for me. Ambiance, they have a lot of seating, but it was all taken. Of course during a weekend night. Interior is very modern and bright so is very lively.

Forgot my cheese cloud that I paid 2$ for. Didn't notice till I got home and couldn't get it fixed sadly.drinks were good tho.
