This is our favorite hot pot place!! My favorite things are the crawfish mini lobster along with the best ice cream ever. The fatty beef is also delicious.I come here often but tonight I was celebrating my dad's birthday and went here. Oh my gosh, the best birthday dinner ever because they play music and sing for you and have these fancy light board to make the birthday person feel extra special!! The staff was waving the board around too hahahaha!!The manager is amazing, he's always checking in and making sure everything is good, listens to feedback and so professional!!! Exceptional food, experience, and service!! The staffs are all kind and nice!! 都是小帥哥和小美女 :)Come here!!! Especially if u have a birthday!!

Went here 2/15 @ 6 pm. Seated promptly and didn't know they changed the format to ayce with the front counter area to be now cold food. The variety of vegetables is lacking as well as they got rid of staples that were our go to items. From home made meatballs, to decent dumplings and a good noodle variety, this restaurant has turned to how many people can they serve in a night. Sad. This used to be a decent hot pot place. Now they are just a buffet with confusing items, non clean ladles as well as cold food, slippery floors, and substandard dessert. Definitely will be the last time coming here.

My Nana and I dined here again for dinner. We always get the half/half (the original & spicy) soup base. Meats are placed via waiter and it is delivered to your table. The meat options were fresh and abundant, with a great mix of beef, chicken, lamb, and pork. They also have an excellent selection of seafood, including shrimp, fish, octopus, etc. Also a generous variety of fish balls & noodles. They have a wide variety of veggies, such as mushrooms, bok choy, napa cabbage, spinach and sometimes tong ho. my only qualm is... i wish they always had tong ho & enoki mushrooms. It's a 50/50 chance. The sauce bar is wonderful. So many options. They also have soup and crawdads at the sauce bar. For dessert, I love their sesame balls, especially when it's piping hot.Service was impeccable. Kit was our waiter again. He is our favorite. Always friendly and attentive. I love that he always gives us extra napkins and refills our pot with hot broth without us asking.John, the new manager is such a wonderful change from previous managers (often cold and rude). He makes sure the restaurant is running smooth and the customers are happy. He is very kind and friendly...Thanks again John & Kit... for another amazing hot pot experience. This location once again is my happy place :)

Any kind of broth is perfect for a chilly day or evening. Especially with a choice of mild or spicy or even both. My friends took me here and had was my first time. So many choices to choose from. Got to try a bit of this and that. Their broths are tasty and flavorful. Vegetables were pretty fresh. The service wasn't too bad. They were friendly. We received our orders in a timely manner.Cold night satisfaction!

AYCE. We only ordered one round of meat, averaging one plate per person. Meats were all fresh and nicely cut. There is an assortment of appetizers like eggrolls, and french fries available. Vegetables, our self serve salad bar style.Soda, sauce bar, and soft serve ice cream are available for an extra two dollar charge.Long wait on weekends. Waiters and bus boys are busy running around clearing plates and bringing out plates of meat. Some are helpful and some give zero F's. Busy but comfortable ambience with some TVs for your viewing pleasure.Good place to bring kids Easy parking in the strip mall

Had an amazing experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Dublin! The restaurant offers an impressive variety of options for hot pot lovers. The selection of broths is fantastic, ranging from spicy to mild, so there's something for every taste. The meat options were fresh and abundant, with a great mix of beef, lamb, and pork, as well as tasty meatballs that cooked perfectly in the broth. They also have an excellent selection of seafood, including prawns and fish, and a wide array of veggies to load up your hot pot with. The cold dishes were also a nice touch--perfect for balancing out the hot pot experience. And let's not forget about the desserts, which were the perfect sweet finish to the meal! The service was top-notch. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and helpful, guiding us through the menu and making sure we had everything we needed. They really made us feel welcome. The only thing I wish they had was a dedicated veggie broth option for vegetarians--currently, they only offer broths with meat bases, so I had to make do with what I could. But aside from that, everything was fantastic!

Happy Lamb, formerly known as Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot is definitely my go-to spot for AYCE Chinese hot pot! They've done a little remodel since the last time I came to this Dublin location, as all the vegetables and noodles are now in a self-serve bar and you just order the meats with the waiter, which I thought sped up service so much more. My friends and I chose the Classic menu where we got to choose from selections of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken. I always think the lamb options are the best. I also loved that by adding $1.99, you got access to their sauce bar as well as ice cream for dessert which is such a steal! Since the weather is getting colder, hot pot is the perfect solution!

My family and I love coming here whenever we are in Dublin. We have been coming here before the remodel and it was my first time coming here after the name change/remodel! For AYCE, this place does it well with a variety of seafood/vegetable options and even a cooked food bar. There's plenty of sauce and meat options as well. The waiters come by often to check on whether you need meat or not which is great!Broth is still great and perfect for the cold weather. Will definitely continue to come back here!

Our party of 6 came here on a Thursday night and there were plenty of people. We opted for the vip hotpot option with varieties of seafood-- the quality of the seafood was good! Veggies, other cooked items/drinks and the sauce plates were self serve . There were lots of choice! I find the design of the self serve table a bit odd as someone who has short arms it was hard to reach the food I wanted. Server was friendly and the soup broth was always replenished by the attentive server. The host was friendly too. One thing to point out was the greasy floor. I felt like I could shoe-skate. You will smell like hotpot after you finish dining here.

This was my first time trying Happy Lamb and it did not disappoint. Our party of 4 was seated right away and we ordered from the Classic menu which was $28.99 per adult. It's an additional $1.99 if you'd like to get sauces, soft drinks, and soft serve ice cream. All of the meats that we ordered were so delicious and high quality. If I were to choose, I think either the Angus Beef or the Hand Sliced Beef Short Plate were my favorite. They have a wide selection of sides for you to choose from - veggies, fish balls, fruit, etc. I also loved the fried buns! I came in cold and hungry and left happy, belly full, and super warm. Thank you Happy Lamb!
