5 stars is truly not enough stars for this establishment. This review includes photos from the last 3 times I have been to Gran Cafe and they have never let me down. For starters, the customer service is out of this world! My wife and I were greeted very kindly by the servers and one of the hosts even remembered me from my very first visit. The food itself is very authentic and the portions are massive. I did think the Beef Chow Fun could have some more flavor but the stars of my experience were the roast duck and hainan chicken. Both were the best of each dish that i've ever had .I will be coming back to Grand Cafe and recommend it to all who come to town!

This is a great place to stop by for noodles or rice. We ordered hot and sour soup, sweet and sour pork, Yangzhou fried rice, a BBQ platter, and tofu with seafood. Their food was delicious, and they had a decent portion. We liked all the food we ordered; they were very Cantonese. The staff here are friendly; parking can be difficult in rush hours, but we can still get parking further down.

We really like grand cafe. The portions are huge when you dine in. Noticed the to go portions are much smaller so won't be getting the food Togo anymore... Service is actually decent. We've liked most everything we've ordered so far but I think the roast duck has been a standout dish.

Needed to grab a quick bite around Dublin and found Grand Cafe on Yelp. The restaurant is nice and spacious, the booths are very comfortable. Staff was very nice and friendly. They greeted us with a smile and brought tea quickly.Ordered Hainan Chicken over Rice and Shrimp and Silky Egg Chow Fun. Both dishes were very well made. The Hainan Chicken was very good free range chicken. The chow fun came with ten huge prawns that were very fresh. Portions were quite generous. We were served very sweet sliced orange for dessert.Prices are a bit on the high side, $22.95 for a plate of chow fun. Other than that, it's a pretty good and legit Cantonese restaurant.

Came here on a Friday around 7:30pm and most of the small tables were taken. We got seated immediately. We order the thousand year old egg and pork congee, shrimp wonton noodle and bbq pork rice roll.Love the taste of the congee. Quite salty as it should be. Wish there was more pork. Wonton noodle came with 6 wontons, that's pretty generous. The noodle was al dente! Bbq pork rice roll was ok. The rice roll was thin but very fragile. The soy sauce was not flavorful. I would skip it next time.

First time coming here for dinner. We arrived Friday evening at 7:30pm. The restaurant was about 70% full. We were seated very promptly. We ordered a porridge, wonton noodle, and bbq pork rice roll. The food was average. The porridge was a bit grainy, not as smooth as I would like it. The wontons were good, nice texture and the rice rolls were just OK. The texture of the wrap was too mushy. All in all, we felt the food quality didn't match the cost of the dishes, would probably not come back.

Just stopped by for a quick lunch yesterday 2/13 at 2:30pm. Service was super fast and good. They were about to close prior to their dinner service and still seated us, which was a plus and very nice of the staff. Ordered sampan congee, wonton noodle soup, fish ball ho fun soup, shrimp rice noodles, and salt and pepper pork chop. All items came out quickly and tasted good. They have a shared parking lot with the businesses in that complex so you usually don't have a hard time finding a spot.

Did the chef change? Quality is changed today. We order beef chow fun; they were out of chow fun so they offered yee-min noodles. That's fine BUT there was no bean spouts or onion like original beef chow fun in my order. It was simply ALL NOODLES with some pieces of beef. This was not a noodle substitute, it was a whole new dish. Smh! If you plan to offer a noodle replacement, dish should taste and items should be the same! Not cool. The second dish was Hainan chicken with rice. This dish also strikes out, there was a piece of plastic size of a tablespoon. If we were eating in the dark, we would have ate the plastic!

I was looking for a Hong Kong Style Cafe, but not too many around, so I gave this place a tried which I knew they had what I was looking for, the Beef Stew Wonton Ho Fun.Came in around 12:30pm, not many customers. The service was great. The beef stew was tender and flavorful, the shrimp wontons were good too, but the broth wasn't too flavorful, kind of blend. I also ordered a beef cheong fun, also not that good. I have eaten dinner here before, which is very good.

Still my favorite Chinese food in the area! The fried whole fish was good but I think I'll have to go back to the chow fun next time. The fried rice was good too!
