Got Wabo Fish Tacos

I have hired The Fish Taco Wabo numerous times for several events. Ranging from 100-250 meals. Every single time they have provided professionalism, great positive can do attitude and best of all delicious quality meals, all for a reasonable price. Try them out! You won't regret it! They always go above and beyond.

Full disclosure: I don't like fried fish. People try to feed me fish and chips all the time and every time I come out of the experience thinking, "what could people possible be tasting in this dish that I'm missing?"When I ate a fish taco from here, I think I understood. The breading on the fish was light and just the right amount of crunchy, and the fish inside was fresh and gloriously soft. Combine that with the explosion of flavor that arrives as you finish biting down, and you've got yourself the best fish taco in the Bay. I imagine this is what every fish and chips fan dreams of eating. I'm a huge meat-eater, and I actually like the fish taco better than the meat tacos (I got the carne asada, it's less flavorful). It's a little too spicy for my low spice tolerance, but probably perfect for anyone with a regular spice tolerance.Also, the portions are extremely generous for the price (3 tacos for $10, I think). It's definitely worth a try!

Fish Taco Wabo has the fluffiest, tastiest, crispiest fried fish I have LITERALLY ever had. It legitimately confuses me. I'm talking about out of all the fried fish I've ever had - fish and chips, tacos, bowls, stir-fried, a la carte, or otherwise - Fish Taco Wabo blows everything else out of the water. What's more is that each taco contains a BIG piece of fried fish. Like, if you got fish and chips anywhere else, it's the size of a large 1 piece of cod - except it's in a $3 taco instead of a $15+ bed of fries. And again, the quality of the fried fish is far and beyond anything else I've had, so I don't understand how or why it makes sense, but gosh darnit the fish taco wabo's fish taco is delicious.The rest of the taco is also very good. It's a well-designed taco.

Fish Taco Wabo food truck was parked outside of the SAP Center yesterday & today. I happened to be walking by the SAP Center yesterday afternoon right after I grabbed a salad at Whole Foods so I wasn't hungry. I went over to investigate and found Fish Taco Wabo Truck. I was talking to Lulu the owner and she offered me a fish taco so who am I to say no. She gave me a fried fish taco w/shredded cabinet w/sauce & also gave me a few pieces of calamari. I offered to pay her, but she wouldn't take my money. Muchas gracias LuluI told her that I would be back the next day because we would be at the SAP center w/14,000 of my closest friends. There were 4 food trucks there including "The Fish Wabo Food Truck". At lunch today I ordered 3 tacos. I got 3 tacos, 1 fried fish, 1 shrimp taco & 1 w/fried calamari all delicious.

I wasn't personally of fan of this food truck. I was disappointed as I was very hungry and looking for a crave. I ordered the fish tacos and burrito which wasn't really great, my burrito didn't have enough sour cream which made it really dry. The fish tacos were small and dry as well. The service was very slow as there was only one person in front of us. The prices were a bit pricey for a food truck. $31 for two people? Like I said, I wasn't a fan and would come back.

Order the grilled fish taco salad.Wait time - 30 minutes! It was a very long wait.Taco salad with grilled fish - The tastiest, most fluffy grilled fish I had in a long time. Portions were humongous! Outer fish layer was slightly salty and flaky.Taco salad with fried fish and calamari - Deliciously crunchy with the right amount of breading. Green salsa was perfect salad dressing. The red salsa was too spicy.

Great food truck. Got the combo tacos -$10 one of each fish, shrimp, and calamari. All three were delicious. They were all breaded. Will definitely try again. Next time will try their Wabo fries.

Fish Taco Wabo has been coming to our hospital as part of a food truck rotation service. Once you come out our entrance, you are instantly greeted with the smell of fried seafood. I have tried almost everything on their menu, except for their beef and chicken options; but why would you get that if you're going to a fish truck? The fish, calamari, and shrimp are always fresh, and they taste amazing. Lulu, one of the owners, is always there with a smile. Her customer service is on point, and they are always happy to fix and mistakes that may occur. The fish taco and coconut shrimp are my go-tos, and I've never been disappointed. Book them for your next event or find them on the go! You won't regret it!

I died on the spot. Yes it's that good. Killing good!!! Omggggggggg. So we saw them at the Niners game and we were hungry so why not. Wabo fries are must must must get! They use thick cut potatoes for the fries so it holds up the sauce and topping. It's seasoned perfectly! Imagine seasoned steakcut fries with hella cheessssssy lol and fried prawn and calamari!!! They are def not stingy with their toppings!!! And the sauce on the side tops everything off! I'm craving it again!The tacos were also bomb! I recommend getting the trio so u can try all three: fish, prawn, and calamari. All are awesome! Perfectly fried seafood street taco style. Price is super super super affordable! 3 tacos for $10, at the football game! Yessssss deals! And their water and sodas are cheaper than the stadium. They are inside already so you can bring their drink to ur seat. They are located near the red zone vip parking. Find them!

I have gone to food truck events around the state and this is upper tier. A bit on the pricey side, at 10 dollars for 3 tacos but compared to many food trucks, it's both cheaper and more delicious. You'll be hard pressed to find another fish taco truck of this quality.I recommend the seafood tacos and trying all three. The fish is lightly fried and is absolutely delicious. The calamari has a crispy fry and the shrimp are pretty good too. All of them have a fresh cabbage topping with the perfect crunch to add to the dish.The carne asada tacos are a bit dull, but if you pretend they don't exist, they're easily a five star truck. And it's easy to pretend something doesn't exist if you never buy it.
