Gong cha

Came in tonight as my daughter really wanted to get boba to have while we went grocery shopping.So happy we decided to go to this location!Minh was very nice and friendly and seemed happy to answer any questions we had as I don't like my drinks too sweet.

This boba spot recently opened up and it has quickly become my go to! Their black milk tea is creamy and delicious, and not too thick or too watery. I swear by their milk tea!!

Came in for a sendoff boba party, easy to spot the location and parking was little crazy due to its location and most of the parking is in very busy area and occupied. But you will find one after going around :DTried the brown sugar drink with no ice, less sugar and regular size, I wasn't sure how the taste will be but I actually liked it. Few of mates also liked with they got. The service is fast too as there was not enough rush. Will definitely stop by again to try other drinks and flavors.

I went out for dinner at a nearby place. When pulling into the parking lot I was pleasantly surprised to see a Gong Cha was there too. Gong Cha was my favorite place to get boba when there was a location in Newark. It didn't last long tho.After dinner, we went here for boba. We got the brown sugar milk tea with pearl and crème brûlée topping and Marble Mango with strawberry white pearl and strawberry syrup. Both were fantastic!!!

Great service at this location! Patient, helpful employees. You can either order at the register, on a kiosk, or online. I had a gift card but apparently this location hasn't received the card reader. They tried to manually input the card number and when that didn't work, they said I could try scanning it on the kiosk. No luck. I tried downloading the app but did you know there are over three different Gong Cha Apps?? Have to download the California one specifically. It didn't accept gift card payment but I found enough points for a free drink. So it was basically BOGO since I treated a friend to boba. As soon as my order went through to the kitchen with a "ding", the employee presented us with our drinks already made! He had anticipated that we'd order no matter what. Gingerbread bottles + special milk teas are only $7! If the drink doesn't already come with boba, it's 70 cents extra. *Gingergread Boba Milk Tea + Milk Foam (substituted grass jelly instead, less sweet available)*Taro Milk Tea (no caffeine) + Milk Foam, added bobaCreamy sweet and they don't add ice to these drinks. The bottles are so cute and have a little bitty scarf. The milk foam is like crema, a little sweet n savory from sea salt. Gingerbread wasn't too pronounced but it did have a few holiday spices. I do like having ice in my drinks but the whole novelty of these holiday beverages surpassed that need, plus it was cold out. Stop by before they run out!

I've tried a few of their drinks but my go-to is their wintermelon with fresh milk. I've consumed a good amount to know what it's supposed to taste like. I always get 50% ice and 100% sweet (which is usually fixed). But this location has a different ratio. I could already tell just by the color that they added way more milk than they're supposed to. No tea flavor, just straight up milk. Which is disappointing. And for about $6 for a large size, I was hoping it would taste better.The place is small. Has like 2 tables and a bench. You can order via kiosk (they have two) or sometimes they'll take your order. There's parking in the front but if you go during lunch hour this plaza is packed from all the employees from nearby companies so it's best to park at the parking lot behind. Overall, other locations know how to make my favorite drink. This just didn't satisfy. Pretty disappointed.

Came by Gong Cha after a few drinks at Barebottle brewing.I haven't had Gong Cha in awhile, so decided to try it out!I ordered:QQ passion fruit green tea $5.75sub coconut jelly for bobalarge +$0.5030% sweet25% iceDrink was $6.25 in total. Boba was cooked well, not overly sweet, and tea flavor was just right. Definitely will be back!Plaza parking, otherwise, you can park across the street in the garage.

Just finished my exam so of course I need to treat myself and literally have a drink as I drive on this traffic! :D So I decided to stop by at Gongcha in Santa Clara. I have not had their cream foam series in a while so decided to try the Wintermelon milk tea foam. Did not like it, it tasted like a brown sugar syrup. I talked to the woman who helped me and voiced out my opinion about and just agreed with me. Another woman came up who I believe works there too but on her break asked me about my concerns then she happily explained more about different drinks and how this drink does not have any tea and that explains why It taste odd to me. She recommended other milk foam drink for me and remade my drink. Her name was Sandra, thank you Sandra The place is a bit small but it has a calming environment! As a person who enjoys trying new drinks and food. Service matters the most to me, the place might be nice, food might be good but it will always be about how you connect with your customers and make sure they are satisfied :)I had an oolong milk tea foam 5/5Service 5/5 because of Sandra Ambiance 4/5

We were craving a drink since it was nice outside yesterday and decided to stop at Gong Cha. I've been to two other locations and this was my first time at this one. We ordered two early earl grey milk teas with boba. It was good and it satisfied our sweet treat craving! I like that you can adjust the sugar and ice levels. You can order at the counter or there are two kiosks that you can order from. We ordered at the kiosk, however, the girl who made our drinks was very sweet when she handed them to us. For ambiance, the place is very tiny. I think there's only one or two tables and a bench so I wouldn't come here if you're looking to stay - definitely more of a grab and go spot. Gong Cha isn't my go-to boba spot but is definitely a good option if you're at Santa Clara Square!

Good and reliable milk tea! The staff here work quickly and they're friendly. I always get their Wintermelon Milk Foam. Soooo good. They have other refreshing drinks like their Longan Honey Drink or their QQ Passionfruit Tea. Overall, not my favorite boba shop - but a decent one in the area.
