No wait (Tuesday evening) and fast service once seated.Chicken Parmigiana with a side of veggies was so good. Fettuccine Portofino and Penne with Marinara Sauce were tasty and portions were large.

We were excited to try this place because we used to frequent Frankie, Johnny and Luigi's. The menu is almost the same as FJL, so it's mostly just a name change, sort of. The food is very good! The bread and herbed butter to start is just as I remember. The portions are generous which is great. The service is fabulous and quick.BUT they really missed the mark with the indoor seating area!! It is TINY... It feels like the staff are just watching you. And the chairs are very uncomfortable. Also, no matter what they are doing to improve the outdoor seating; it will still be outside!! Overall, great food and service. Terrible environment. And on a side note, non-compostable plastic to go containers are unacceptable!! Which means we won't be ordering take out either...

Whoa! Talk about a disappointment. We've been waiting for the re-opening of Frankie, Johnny and Luigi's and instead we get Giorgio's, which doesn't remotely come close to the old Frankie and Johnny's. They should have dropped the name and just never said they were coming back. Maybe then we wouldn't be comparing this place to the former. The restaurant is tiny. You can either sit outside with the noise of El Camino as an accompaniment or you can sit in a narrow confined noisy space with the food service and the bar all around. There are only a few tables inside and we had one of them, which was probably better than being outside with all that commotion. To be honest, it's hard to separate our disappointment in the whole experience from the food. It was probably relatively good, but because we were so disappointed in the whole experience, it seemed mediocre and we have no interest in coming back.

Delicious. Been a long time customer of Frankie, Johnnie and Luigi and been back twice since they reopened their new location. The Frankie's Fiasco pizza is so good. A bit pricey, but worth it for their in house sausage and linguica. Same for the cacciucco which is a signature seafood pasta with their rich stewed tomato seafood sauce that is the best. A bit hard to find parking compared to their older location, but I think they might have added parking last time I went although I street parked. Great food.

We will definitely eat here again. This was our first visit since the old Franky, Johnny and Luigi restaurant was torn down or remodeled. Still great food and good service. Generous portions too. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and hubby ordered the Veal Scallopini. I'm glad they offered a wonderful and affordable house red wine by the glass.

MAMMA MIA WHERE DID Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi go? :-) Okay after a long wait and some explaining...:-) I had to push myself to go to this new establishment Georgios" who happens to be the owner of the old Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi Too! So were my expectations high? Yes, they were. Was I happy with the outcome continue reading below. What did I like about it?1 The Friendly staff and manager2. The Great cooks3. The Food was real good had the Chicken Parmesan4.15% discount for seniors ( now that is nice) ;-)What did I not like?1. The small and generic atmosphere 2. The change of the name of Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi Too!To the owners. Just my opinion and suggestion as a diner. You had plus 60 plus years at this location as Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi Too! How many families and their kids remember this place and was hailed as a family favorite? Just curious, why would you change the name and the nice ambiance and covered tables and plates to what you have now? It just makes no sense to me. Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi Too was a name recognition with people waiting to enter by the door. This was a well-known establishment in the peninsula for years. Now you change the name on the old timers that do not recognize it and change the nice authentic decor inside...Mamma mia! Marone! :-)I get that you needed to open up a space for memory loss upstairs, which is commendable, but could you not have kept what you had?My suggestion is, can you do some remodeling to resemble that old establishment and bring back your name? Honestly, no one would have known the name Georgios here tied with Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi Too.Will I go again, of course, because of the points I made and my family came here 50+ years. But that is ok. We all want to go back in time, and sometimes I guess things just change. I wish you would have kept the name and some of the decor. Also once it starts to rain, your outdoor seating is not going to work. Is there any way you can extend where your outdoor seating is and make it enclosed with some of your old decor? Oh well, perhaps I am dreaming. It just seemed to be such a well-worked wheel of fortune there.I hope and pray and wish you success in what you are doing now!! Ciao

Was looking for a last minute place to grab dinner since my cousin was going to have his kids and the local Irish pub didn't seem like a good idea, so I was Yelping and saw that this location was back. It was a no brainer.Arrived about 5:30 on a Saturday evening and noticed it was alot smaller than the old FJ&L location that had previously occupied the lot. There was a small covered patio and a smaller j terior dining area as well. The manager was able to accompany us as a last minute party of 11, which was nice.We were greeted immediately by Brooks, who was an amazing waiter. The staff in general was amazing, but Brooks made the experience much more enjoyable. He was very friendly, funny, joked with the kids and was very attentive. We ordered a but if everything and the food is just as it tasted before. Fresh, good portions and the bread and butter topped it all off. There is a small one way 'parking garage' behind the entire building and it seemed like more than enough for the area. Now that we know this location is back, we will def9be returning.

Comes up quite short of its predecessor, Frankie, Johnny, and Luigi's.I heard the other day that FJL was finally back but under this new name -- and I'm not quite sure what "back" was supposed to mean in terms of ownership. But it has a similar menu and style: old school, red sauce and checkered tablecloth Italian (but this time without the checkered tablecloth). The food came up short. I ordered a meatball parm sandwich but got brought a chicken parm which I decided to eat anyway. It was not very good. Chicken was just OK. Breading fell off easily. Sauce decent. Cheese not cooked enough. Bread much worse than it used to be. My wife had the chicken parm entree and she didn't like it either. Too bad. I was really looking forward to the FJL return, but this one came back like a bad sequel. We won't be trying it again.

FJL: They're Back!!!! 5 years ago, Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi Too! closed for remodeling. Well, the entirely new building and new restaurant nicely modernized has reopened! Same location! The name has changed to reflect the same owning family and their progress with their flagship chain of Giorgio's. But! The FJL menu items remain the same! The look and taste of the food same as FJL! Service was great! Highly recommended and I will often return! I waited 5 years to tell a waiter: Small Stromboli! (aka Frank's Fiasco) It was great!Note, during their Soft Open, the store hours are a bit limited, check before you go!

Food: The quality of the penne pasta was poor. The smell was concerning; similar to cheese that had passed the expiration date.Service: Exceptional. Very attentive.Ambiance: It's a sharp blow to those of us who grew up with the memorable FJL ambiance and outstanding menu.I had to try it once. That was enough.
