Galindo BBQ

9/5/2020 Brisket Empanadas were on the menu this weekend! Nice and crispy filled with brisket and cheese! I didn't get to eat it right away but they were still crispy and not soggy. Comes with a dipping sauce that has a slight kick to it. The brisket was tender and moist. I ordered the rice and potato salad today and I must say it is bomb! Honestly all their sides are really good! I enjoyed the potato salad! Perfect ratio of everything and not salty. The rice is really good and has a nice fluff to it also. Hit up Galindo bbq on IG!

Wish I would have taken pictures of the empanadas we had today. Wow. Delicious! They were crunchy and unlike many empanadas I've tried before they were not dry or too thick. Galindo BBQ knows how much meat to stuff their empanadas with. The sides were delicious as well, they now offer sides in a small or large and that includes the meats they carry as sides as well. Mac and cheese and Puerto Rican rice are our go tos from now on, they are delicious. To top it off they provide prepackaged utensils and bag everything right before you arrive. Can't wait to go back next weekend and get some more empanadas, brisket, links, and ribs. Might as well have it all!

Really good ribs! Falling off the bone, super tender brisket! & all the sides are bomb!

Amazing BBQ!!! You will not be disappointed. Everything was delicious. My favorite are the brisket and cheese empanadas.
