Fry Shack

Tried this place 3 different times. All were bad. Two were fries orders, one was nachos. I thought there was no way they could mess up nachos. The chips were stale. Save your money, time and taste buds. Go elsewhere. Or fast. That's still the better alternative, no joke.

Fry Shack is pretty good. The first time I got lunch from there, I got the disco fries and it was pretty good. You have got to try their shakes cause the shakes are vegetarian. Not that I am vegetarian, but I love vegetarian options when I am given the chance. I got a chocolate shake the second time I got lunch from here and I loved it.

so fry shack didn't eat, so my goofy burger was so mid so then i got parmasean fries and they was not worth the hype and they took to long to give me my food like girl.

It was ok today, I was hungry, so it did the job. It wasn't special or amazing, just a regular burger, but good enough.Their menu is also available online, but it doesn't match what was actually posted at the location. The service was TERRIBLE! I had to wait 35 minutes for a simple order of fries, and don't even get me started on the soft drinks. They were either watered down or the syrup ran out. Overall everything was a terrible experience. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I would give it a 0 if I could. The service was horrible and the workers were rude. I was ordering with two of my friends and they got two sprites. They did not get a sprite. The "sprite" tasted exactly like sparking water and i had their fanta which did NOT taste like fanta. Next, I got their churro shake and it took 40 MINUTES for it to come. There were about 5 workers in total and it was NOT busy at all. A guy that ordered after me got his drink first. Then after about 15 minutes after waiting I asked how much longer it would take because initially they told me it would take a while but i was NOT expecting this long. The worker said "5-10 minutes" and it was NOT 5-10 more minutes. Then when I FINALLY got my drink it literally just tasted like a vanilla milkshake. 0/10 I am so disappointed

if i could rate this a 0, i would. service and food is horrible. my school went for a field trip to have a splendid time and spent 1 hour waiting for terrible food. we ordered two sprites which came out as 2 sparkling waters with absolutely NO taste. then we also ordered one milkshake which took 1 HOUR to come out. during the hour we complained twice about not receiving our food, then the third time our teacher complained to them they finally gave us our drink that had been sitting there for about 10 minutes. to add on top of all of this, the restaurant was NOT crowded whatsoever.

fries were soggy stale and reheated, the chicken tenders only came with 2 and had 0 seasoning on it, service was cheaks

Everything was pretty good. But I don't like my food served cold. I got the hamburger. The bun and patty both were cold which means it was not freshly grilled. That's the thing I would suggest them to take in consideration.
