Got a regular pastor burrito and it was horrible. The tortilla was stale, meat was rubbery, rice was soggy, beans weren't that great. There are way too many great Mexican spots in San Jose for this one to be able to be in business. I feel bad for the people that gave this place good reviews. Y'all need to venture out and try new places.

I've only ever ordered on DoorDash. One time I ordered and they didn't have the meat I wanted so they replaced it with something else without calling me. The problem with that is that it was so tender and delicious except I don't know which one it is. I thought it was pork (Al pastor) but when I tried ordering that at a later date, it wasn't the same. It tasted tough and hard. Looked different too. So still on the hunt for which protein they replaced my original order with. Wish I took a picture of it.Other than that their beans and rice have always been spot on and flavorful. Guess I'll have to keep ordering until the mystery is solved. Other menu items seem enticing.

Had a chance to try Freedom Burrito and this was great! I had some leftover Grubhub credit left and we decided to try this spot out. This is located in a lot with lots of stores and lots of parking. The ambiance is pretty casual and a great spot for a quick lunch. I ordered before going and once I got here my order was ready and packed up to take away which was great! It was fast and efficient. I ended up ordering and trying the al pastor burrito - the size was big and I enjoyed every bite of it! The meat was well seasoned and I would order this again! Overall, a pretty good experience.

We used to love this place. But for the last two separate times we've bought a chicken burrito and ground beef tacos here, our stomach didn't agree to it and we had food poisoning twice. I'm really disappointed because we used to love this place.

Used to come here daily when I lived in San Jose, I still often DoorDash my clients some soup when they are sick. I was in the area and craved the albóndiga soup but was sadly disappointed. The broth seemed to be more of a menudo broth and the meat balls were chewy, I got two carrots, two meat balls and two zucchini with a small amount of cabbage. Customer service was good, staff was friendly. Tortillas were hand made and delicious, probably won't be stopping by here again, place was empty and hasn't changed a bit.

This was amazing mexican food, I tacos the chorizo and langua was so good and the tortillas are homemade. I got to speak to the owner Manuel, he was a genuine nice man. He explained to me how the recipes were from his grandma and they have stayed true to the processes from everything homemade to treating eveeybody that comes in with respect as if you were family. The experience match the food, amazing.
