They seriously deserve all the stars. When we went There tonight to get quesadillas, they hooked up the meat so much and everything was hot, fresh, delicious, and flavourful.

Handmade corn tortillas for the tacos!! What a nice surprise :DWe ordered suadero, al pastor, and asada, and they were all excellent! All meets were tendered and well seasoned. The red salsa was so good, but really spicy so beware.

Finally had a chance to try their food. It is hard to find and like other reviewers say, there's no table. They are just kinda parking on the side of street.I tried tacos with braised pork (carnitas) their meat portion is generous and onion gives good flavor. But what I loved the most was their green sauce! So creamy and perfectly spicy!! It's just something different than other places. Next time is they have beef cheek and I like it, they will be my favorite taco track for sure. Can't wait.

One of my best taco truck in my area. Price is reasonable. Must try with their special red hot sauce. Me and my mechanic been eating 4 days straight lol

Just moved here from Bakersfield so we have shortage of taco burrito spots. So I gotta say when we moved here just a week ago, I was anxious to find a delicious authentic Mexican spot. I gotta say this HIT ON ALL LEVELS. The two gentlemen were helpful and packed in the carne asada!! Rice and beans were so damn good!! I will definitely be back and so happy it's like 5 mins from our place. I definitely would recommend this place!!!!! Great food truck in Cupertino 5

I literally just went there and got a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was fire! We all know rice and beans make up most of the burritos but not this one it was about 3/4 meat and 1/3 eggs and rice and cheese just like I like it. Burrito and bottled coke came to $13 bux .. pretty average nowadays.

Have seen this spot down the street from me and finally stopped by and so glad I did! Got some al pastor tacos and they were great! Especially since they came from a spit inside the truck. Good seasoning, not too salty or too overpowering. Also like that they take most payment methods including Apple pay. Will definitely be back often for when I'm craving some tacos or to try a burrito.

I have seen this truck parked here for months if not over a yearbut never approached it. No specific reason except I had my favorite food trucks around the area and this one was new.A few weeks ago I walked up to see what they have. I saw one of their cooks searing vegetables in a pan. I have never seen a hispanic food truck with a stove burner to cook food before. All the other food trucks I went to had a large flat burner to cook food. Best of all, the kitchen is waaaaaaaaay open. You can see how clean it is. Unlike the other trucks, you can see everything that is going on in this mobile kitchen.So far this food has been above average from the normal food trucks. Normal food trucks have the good flavor of good food sitting in their juices making more flavor but the veggies always suck.This food truck not only delivered on better meat with better sear, but good fresh cooked veggies. I am perplexed.

Highly recommend, the burritos are very filling. Carnitas also tasted good! 5+ stars!

Went again yesterday and oh my god! The beef burrito just too good! Ate half of it yesterday and finish it up and this morning(like right now). Definitely go support
