El Grullo Taqueria

Food here is good the Chile verde tacos are mine and my husbands favorite and the micheladas as well, tonight I went in and got a super burrito de Camaron a la Diabla I requested not spicy and they made it happen. The burrito was super good, service was fine for me haven't really tried much of their menu this review is for the food I purchased and usually go for .

The carne asada tacos here aren't the best I've had, but they're decent, and I'll grab them if I'm nearby. The salsa is really good--so much so that I don't mind paying extra for it. You also can't go wrong with a Michelada Modelo to go with it!

Decided to grab some dinner and was hesitant on either going to this location or the one located on Jackson. I ordered two super burritos. I usually go to the one on Jackson but this was the only one opened. I get home to find out both burritos were drenched in grease. Below you can see the excess grease that leaked out from the burrito. (Lady was also rude over the phone and even worse in person, I Ordered around 9-10pm)

Swung in for a breakfast burrito and carnitas super burrito. They were extremely busy considering there was an event that day. But when we finally got our food, we felt it was worth the wait. Whoever made those carnitas in the kitchen hats off to you. And the salsa they have complimented the burritos really well.

Generous portions? Yea right. Never had a baggy burrito before. Got to be missing 20% of the rice/meat.

I drove around the area trying to decide where to eat that offers Tap Pay.Not only did El Grullo offer my preferred method of payment they also had a wide variety of menu items available.I arrived and ordered without having to wait in line. There is plenty of seating options indoor and outdoor but it gets pretty noise outside due to being at a busy intersection.The food:- Not impressed. The enchilada sauce tasted watered down. Along with the chicken barely having any flavor. - Frijoles were average as well as the rice. - I was given red salsa that didn't even give it heat. - I had ordered a medium Agua de Jamaica but my agua looked child-sized in comparison to its almost 4x bigger Large cup.Overall, I'd come back and try other items, but it may not be my first option when looking for bold, authentic, Mexican flavors for the price, regardless of payment method.

No se Que ah pasado aqui, si an cambiado de cosineros pero la carne esta muy cemada. Ya aside dos veces Que la carne esta mala y re calientada. Este restaurante era mi favorito. Años yo Iva aqui a comer o ordenar tacos para yebar. Ahora esta muy mala la comida. La dueña Deve de aser la comida como antes. Ahora Los tacos y burritos estan mejor en la taqueria crusando la Calle en EL Imperio.

This has become our new go-to for Mexican grub. Great meats, especially the lengua, cabeza, and tripe (two styles!).Oh and they have menudo every day, not just on weekends. When you order a large bowl, you almost get more intestine/tripe than soup. Very good and filling portions.Indoor and outdoor seating available depending on your preference.

My dads go to every Taco Tuesday! He loves the service and food is amazing! Absolutely love it!

Not authentic at all the tacos where bad and the fresh waters dont taste like the original versions
