Hello Yelpers and Foodies. I've been wanting to try Dino's Family Restaurant for some time, my Son and I went there after a few errands and had two great meals not only were the meals great the service was amazing very friendly staff is polite and made me and my Son feel welcome and like valued customers. We also bought soup to go for later that evening. The food is very good. The portions are very good size and the restaurant is run with the customers at the forefront. Parking lot is large ample parking. Wheelchair accessible. There's a today's special board on the wall as you enter the restaurant. Very good experience and I will definitely go back. Thank You for Reading. Reviews help Consumers.

It was hard to find the entrance. There is a big sign that says "Entrance" with an arrow, but the door says "use the other door" with no indicating arrow. So we walked around the whole building and found a back door that says "entrance" which was clearly the exit. So we entered through the back exit where the bathrooms are, and one of the servers says "it happens all the time." I don't know about you, but I am the kind of girl that likes the exits to be exit only, and entrance to be clear. We sat, nobody took our drink order for a while. We had to ask for creamer from the table next to us for our coffee. I asked the server about the biscuits and gravy, she said "I don't know, I never tried." I asked for extra crispy hash browns and they aren't like advertised online. They are like stirred and not too edible. :(. Toast isn't bad. Omelet was not too bad, lots of grease all over the plate. I'll be visiting the exit soon where the bathrooms are... My friend liked the French toast, and hash browns, he said the bacon was "disrespectful" and consistency was more like beef jerky and cold. Our server never came back, and I gave this place a two star for the older kind Hispanic gentleman that asked us if we needed anything. We weren't his table. There is four servers at the bar just chillen. He got us waters towards the end of our meal, thank goodness I was dying of thirst. Anyways this guy seems like the only taking care of the place. He also gave me his opinion on the food and a little history on the restaurant. And then went back to cleaning and taking care of shop. Ambience isn't bad. Like an old school breakfast spot. Like a step up from Denny's.

Cute little diner with tons of options. Def worth the visit especially if you are out of state!I ordered the french toast meal which comes with two slices, eggs, and bacon. Very yummy and decently priced!I also ordered a vanilla latte but they brought me out this gigantic fun drink! Not what I was expecting at all and I would def order it again lol! So cute and yummy!! The service was super speedy. Very nice servers as well!

I find it very inappropriate when the servers are standing around right inside the single seating area and talk poorly about guests and complain about the tips they are receiving. Doing this right in front of me, a guest and a good tipper, leaves a poor taste in my mouth; and now I can see why they aren't getting good tips. So unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Be grateful you even get anything!

Proud to say that I'm a regular here and so so glad to support this business and community. A homey, family run diner, this is the best place for weekend breakfasts. I always get the breakfast burritos (5/5), and they hit the spot every time. Great size, I usually get mine with cheddar and bacon, ask for the red potatoes with onions and bell peppers (5/5) on the outside. The salsa is amazing, adds that perfect mild flavor on the burrito without being too spicy. I could eat the potatoes all day. There's an option to have them inside the burrito, but I like them better as a side. When you walk in, you order at the counter and given a number, food is always out quickly and timely, in 10-15 min. Staff is always warm, friendly, and attentive to your needs. A cornerstone restaurant in the community, I'll continue to support Dino's.

Dino's has long been a Fremont institute as a family diner and one of the OG brunch places in the area. Known for delivering an authentic family diner experience and serving hearty food, it's been no wonder why they've been around for so long. Unfortunately, they will be shutting down on December 31st, so I had to give it one last go before they did. Let's take one last trip down memory lane.EDIT: Looks like they are no longer closing! Great news!FOODDino's delivers the traditional diner experience which means large portions of delicious food to keep you happy. They used to offer dinner, but they rolled it back a few years ago, so this is more of a breakfast and lunch place now.We ordered a lot of food: the Monte Cristo sandwich, a breakfast burrito, a breakfast plate, and a side of pancakes. Each of the entrees came with a side of potatoes, and we always got hash browns. The Monte Cristo is one of their most popular dishes here. It's packed with a bunch of meat inside some French toast. They also have maple syrup on the side if you want to add some additional sweetness to the sandwich. The Monte Cristo was great; if you are in the mood for a breakfast sandwich, this is what you are looking for.The breakfast burrito was huge. I think the tortilla could've been toasted longer, but that's a personal preference. Lots of food inside here and there's a side of jalapenos if you want a stronger kick to it.Breakfast plate and the pancakes are what you expect for a diner. Delicious and big portions, nothing to complain about. The hash browns that they serve here are also delicious.SERVICEThey used to be a sit down restaurant, but now you order at the counter. The server will give you a number and then you find an open table and sit down. The servers will then bring your food when it is ready. When you are done, you pay at the cashier. They don't have menus at the counter, so check the menu by the entrance before you order. No issues with the service.COSTPrices are reasonable and are about what you expect for a diner. The portions are large enough that you can box it to go and have it for a snack or another meal later in the day. I paid about $60 for all this food for 4 people, so it's a pretty good deal.SETTINGLots of people here for the last week, so I recommend arriving early if you can or later in the day. Interior looks like a standard traditional diner; there's an area closer to the street that you can sit down on and looks out at the street. This place is great for a casual brunch or just hanging out with friends. Clientele here are usually younger folks or older folks.Parking lot is bigger than it seems from the street, so you shouldn't have any issue for parking.Overall, I'm sad to see this Fremont business close down; I'm sure anyone who has been in Fremont has driven by Dino's many times. Make sure to stop by for one last visit; it's exactly what you expect out of a traditional family diner. If you miss Dino's, I highly recommend checking out Skilletz for breakfast/lunch and Billy Roy's for dinner since they are run by the same owner. Hopefully, something worthy takes up this restaurant; I'll keep my eyes peeled. (Rumor has it the owner is going to open a brand new business here).4/5

The newer ordering process is not fun and the lady who takes the order always seems annoyed. The prices are above average like they want to shut down
