Excellent service very attentive, being my first time I had to ask questions. Great customer service and answered my questions patiently. The meat was delicious. They would slice and cut up the meat and season for you as well. Small market with well stock items, however there is a few people working behind the counter. Would definitely come back and try other meat options. There is plenty street parking.

First time here I was looking for some short ribs to make some Asian sticky ribs ...... initially I didn't see any But I was asked what I was looking for and sure enough they did have some available They cut up the short ribs how I wanted them Price is very reasonable Store is clean Customer service is friendly Street parking only Credit card and debit card accepted Just cus is not displayed does not mean it's not available

Glad that this place is closer to me. But I am disappointed in myself that I have not visited this carnicería being that I am only a hop and a skip.* I truly believe in supporting local businesses more so now than before. I know a lot of businesses are still recuperating from the post Covid19 mandatory quarantine. For the time being, be prepared to wait in line outside- as there is a 1 person per policy. *I did mention it was my first visit and I am not sure how to order. It was kindly explained to me that the meats are cuts as they are ordered. The beef display showed different style of meat cuts. I picked " arrachera". They will season your meat on the spot. I was taken back when they asked me " Do you want the meats season or not season" the butcher was very friendly and helpful.* They gave me 2 complimentary pcs of longaniza with directions on how to cook it best. And it was delicious. I am hooked. Have tasted chorizos in the past but never took a liking to it until D' Gonzalez Meat Market. He recommended to not season it, it is perfectly seasoned. I paired mine with white jasmine rice and pickled jalapenos.*There is a wide selection of tortillas ,tostadas, queso frescos, etc., Everything one would need to have a Mexican style/theme fiesta.*A family-owned business, friendly and helpful. I will be back. They now have me as their customer. The shop is so very clean, and the staff is so very helpful and nice. Great customer service.

So, if I am going to pay more than $8 dollars a pound for arrachera - this is the ONLY place I will do it. The meat is so good, I called in the am and my dream of tacos was burst when they said they didn't have. I am nothing if not persistent so I called back later and they had some come in (late shipment)! Well, I had said 3 lbs but changed my mind to double that - and worth every dime. The prepared meat is so good. I also picked up some of their longaniza -that is my favorite, it's not fatty and the flavor is so good. You can grill it or cook it with eggs in the am!Overall, I am so happy to support this small business and the family is also happy with dinner.

my favorite meat is palomilla for my tacos cuz it melts in your mouth and the meat is not chewy! I have been comong here for years and the meat is always good! the service is good and the owners very friendly too! I recommend it all the time!

They make chicken chorizo and easy to order in advance. The service is always on time and this market is my go-to meat market.

Great quality meats , excellent prices. Very nice people ,it's hard to find quality chorizo, also adobada meat it's available. Quick service, I recommend it!
