Cosmic Coffee Company

Cosmic Coffee has a pop up at the Santa Clara farmers market and it's so so good. They have a simple menu with three types of iced coffee all of which include nitro cold brew (their specialty). The flavor is crisp and refreshing, and not too bitter or sweet. Just the way I like it!The only downside is that the coffee is pretty expensive for the size you get - It's around $6.5 for a small cup and it's their only option. The owners are friendly and it's always my first stop when I hit the farmers market! Highly recommend.

God I wish they had a store front. I've had their nitro cold brew once and my partner and I have not stopped raving about it. Got the nitro cold brew with vanilla syrup and half and half in an 8oz cup. I love that they have smaller sizes! Most places start at 12oz coffees and it's great to have a smaller one as an option! Their nitro is so smooth and flavorful and nary a hint of acidity. The folks who run the stalls at the farmers market are so friendly and genuine. I always look forward to going to the farmers market cuz of cosmic more than anything else. Hope they open a store front because South Bay's coffee scene needs a major upgrade from the overly sugary gimmick drinks all over SJ

Good independent local business. I tried the standard coffee at the farmers market stand. They also have some muffins and baked goods. I tried the vegan dairy free pumpkin bread that was excellent.

Good coffee. Tried the hot drip at the Campbell's Farmer's Market and it was good. Great staff.

Cosmic Coffee is one of the vendors that I see regularly at the Willow Glen Farmer's Market. I've always wanted to try it for a while, but the line has tended to run long. I went to the Farmer's Market during a time with a light crowd, so I finally decided to stop by Cosmic Coffee. Now I totally regret not getting a coffee drink every single time I'm at the Farmer's Market. I ordered an iced white mocha with oatmilk, and it was heavenly! The drink was so smooth and had the right amount of sweetness to compliment the bold coffee flavor. Service was great as well.

Cosmic Coffee company produces truly exceptional specialty coffee beans from a thoughtful and thorough master roaster that cares about bringing higher quality, flavorful and longer lasting freshness to consumers. Everyone I've introduced Cosmic Coffee to became instant fans. On a multi week road trip I noticed how much longer their coffee beans stayed fresh and was still releasing Co2 when brewing even after a few weeks. They do delivery and sell at farmers markets with a great roast to table turn around time so you get the freshest beans! They even sell high quality teas online and delicious gluten free baked goods at the farmers market.

Carlos, the owner, knows a lot of coffee and the science behind it. I always learn a lot from chatting with him. Their coffee always comes out great. My current favorite is their Ethiopia, perfect for pour over, the after taste has strong citrus and apricot flavor. In the past, I also love their Sierra Azul, which is on the lighter roast side and also has strong fruity after taste. Carlos crafts water to brew the coffee he sells at the farmers market. Craft water + excellent beans explains why their drip coffee is so much better than what I found elsewhere.

Supernova is one of my favorite selections from Cosmic Coffee. This is such a smooth, full flavored blend. It's the only coffee I drink at home. My son loves it as much as I do!! I always make sure to have it on hand. My mornings are so much better with this delicious coffee. Kudos to Carlos!

I really wanted to like the coffee here, but unfortunately it was wayyyy too bitter. I also got the hazelnut flavor, but you could still taste the bitterness, unfortunately. such a bummer since the people at the farmer's market stand were really nice and friendly. Definitely will make sure to go elsewhere next time around. Also quite pricey for the underwhelming coffee.

Great local coffee company. I really enjoyed their Supernova blend. Their online deliveries have been timely and their customer service online has been great!
