I just came back from Dublin. I'm in Silicon Valley this evening. This that other spot closed Midnight or 12 AM. I already had Phở 90°, but I never had Cơm 90°. The name here is interesting. I had to ask them if I was at the right place, and there was a descent amount of people when I got here. This is also slightly upscale for what it is. This is exactly what I wanted today. I don't see this dish that much in America, but it's one of my favorite. This is a Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ. Which Fried Chicken is better? This or Korean Fried Chicken, Taiwanese Fried Chicken, Karaage, Church's Texas Chicken, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Texas Fried Chicken, Chicken Milanese, Chicken Parmesan, or Popcorn Chicken? This is classic and comforting like Gà Roti or Gà Xào Sả Ớt. The natural Fried Chicken was very Crunchy, Succulent, and Juicy. I like how it includes a Ginger Salad dressing just like the one in Japanese Bento boxes, I didn't expect that. And if I see a large and fresh Sugarcane Juice, I have to get it again because it's refreshing. I was thinking this was going to be a 3.9-4.0 stars, but I give this 4.1 stars.

A busy restaurant in Vietnam Town on one corner. It's a very large restaurant with inside and outside seating available.Service was quick and efficient. Other than taking your order and serving you order, that is about it. I noticed this and thought I'd try it as I've never seen it elsewhere. Pho Tai Dap Chay: (Chef's favorite) Wok-fried softening C-A-B (Certified Angus Beef). Pieces of steak were minced like a cheesesteak (only what the steak would look like) but served with slivered white parts of the green onions. Tender and taste like a seared steak. Delicious. I wish the steak portion had more steak.Thai Tea - creamy, good, and pricey.

I always come here for shaken. The Bo luc lac at pho 90 was really exceptional. Vegetables were fresh and soaked up the gravy well. Red rice was ok kinda dry, i would rather have white rice.

My friend and I were just in Vietnamtown and we decided to stop by Com 90 Degree. It is cold outside, but luckily there was plenty of seating indoors. We were greeted by the server who led us to a good seat by the window. I felt like eating Pho Ap Chao Chay and this is the first time I got this dish. Usually I go for pho but I guess I wanted to experiment. I like the crunchy bottom texture of the pho. It was tasty.I think the tofu is a bit soggy. I would have preferred it if they had used firm tofu. There was a bit too much sauce for my liking, but the portion was very rewarding. I barely finished half of my plate. I would like to try something else when I come visit again.

Nothing to write home about. The pho ga isn't made with chicken broth, it's just beef broth with chicken pieces. The broth is salty and mediocre; I've had much better pho in Westminster. Would not return.

I ordered the hu tieu sa dec dai kho to-go and it was okay but not my fave hu tieu. the amount of sauce wasn't proportional to the noodles so when I poured the sauce over the noodles, there wasn't enough sauce to coat the noodles so some bites were flavorless. the fried shrimp cracker also had an interesting texture and a bland flavor - not my fave. there are other viet restaurants who also have this style of hu tieu that do a better job than this place. i personally prefer kv noodle over this place in terms of the hu tieu sa dec

I had my doubts about this place, but boy was I wrong!Due to the lower rating, I wasn't quite sure if it would be up my my standards for Vietnamese food. But a group of us came here for a late lunch this past Sunday, and there were plenty of tables for us. We were a group of 10. They have quite an extensive menu, and since it was a rainy day m, I decided to try their pho. My "usual" is Pho Tai Chin, this time I added Bo Vien for $1 extra and fresh noodles. It came out hot and the beef was tender and pink, just how I like it. Fresh Noodles were smooth and perfect. The service is typical for a Vietnamese restaurant, so maybe that's why the lower ratings. And to help out the server, remember your order by number to make sure you get what you ordered and not someone else's dish. The other people in our group also order some pho and rice and bun dishes, all of which were very satisfied. I'd definitely come back again!

Probably one of my favorite go to broken rice plates in the area. The place is open pretty late for those late night cravings.Parking can be tight at times with how busy this plaza is during peak times/weekends. Service is a little bit on the slow side and if you want to get their attention you either got to wave around or walk up to the front but the food is good. The #36 grilled pork broken rice plate is my go to.Good portion size with pretty good food.

Came here for dinner and accidentally left my gift card. I called the place asking if their workers collected the gift card. They said they "threw it away". Never coming back to this place again.

good food, comfort food and while service is excellent the wait time can be a bit of hit & miss. I think it's the staff shortage. The ambiance are a nice touch, like rainy day chillax while enjoying your food kind of vibe. Although they probably should close the door than to keep it open and letting the cold in all the time.
