***************************** 1431 *************************** I come here often since I'm assisting my Ballet instructor and Pilates/kickboxing coaches. Always good service here, especially the 2 owners. I could have gone to Peets, Coffee Society or Starbucks, but I come here because I want to support these guys. They have been serving De Anza students and staffs for years.

To be honest, sometimes I crave the smoothies here when I'm not at school....but it would be so odd for me to drive to school just to go here for a smoothie, even I would judge me!! I've always preferred this place over your average Starbucks. So it's a win win when you need a drink but you need to go to class. The workers are always very friendly! The latte/coffee drinks are good, no complaints, but what I've always loved was any of the smoothies. I don't know if it's the milk or some kind of cream or the sugar cane but there's a kind of sweetness/aftertaste that leaves your tongue tingling with happiness. I always have to grab a smoothie here once the weather gets warmer.

Located on the De Anza campus, this cafè has saved me several times when I didn't have time to make or bring my own coffee! Love their iced vanilla latte which comes in a single or a double shot option. About the same as Starbucks prices (which is 3.45 for a single or 4.25 for a double) and I don't have to leave campus just for a quick caffeine fix.Thanks Luvvello!

Always order Irish cream coffee.I think their foods and drinks are just ok. But workers are friendly so I go there.

Their coffee tastes like crap. It tastes more burnt than Starbucks. Ordered a double iced Americano traditionally used in a 16 oz but theirs were 20-24? I didn't want my drink to be too watered down so I asked for 16. I was a little concerned because my drink came out so immediately but when I realized there was no crema in the Americano, they used old shots that makes their coffee f-ing nasty. They also don't fill the water all the way so I asked for more and they made pretentious comments about the coffee being too strong for me and THATS why they put double Americanos in the bigger cup or some other BS. Please stop I don't need your patronizing excuses for you using old coffee for my drink.If that deters you to getting another drink from here, don't bother. All of their other drinks have way too much syrup. So gross. Btw they charge a quarter for card use. Nice.

I don't think De Anza students appreciate Coffee Luvvelo enough. I do wish they have another store off-campus. Personally, it's my most favorite place in the Bay Area.I'm super picky aout coffee (I always prefer making my own) so I guess when I love a coffee shop so much, it's already enoughh to prove that thhis place is great. My most favorite from their rich menu, however, is hot white chocolate, which I've never found anywhere else, nor do I think any other cafe can serve better hot white chocolate if there is one at all.Lovely owners, friendly service and lovely music at Coffee Luvvelo is definitely a bonus as well! They never fail to make my day.

Great customer service. The owner(s) show their desire to serve great coffee. Their Cappuccino was so well done, I did not add any sweetener to it.The voodoo drink is also good.

It was a line before and after my order, but they were fast plus my coffee came out lovely. This is the only place I would stop by often in the campus.

This place has the best chai in the area but the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time. A couple months ago I had ordered an hot chai with whip cream, which usually puts me In a good mood, but on a busy day my order was incorrect and the service they provided me almost made me want to cry. For a second I forgot that I had spent almost $4 for a drink and was treated like a peasant. When I went to pick up my order and asked the guy with the piercing if that was my order he said, "yes that's your". I walked off with my drink and to take a sip of it and find out that was a white mocha. Because it was a hot drink the lid is white and the cup is NOT see through, so there was no way of verifying if that was my drink. When I went back for the drink I ordered the white haired man told me in a very angry way that he threw away my drink, that I had picked up the wrong drink. I told them it wasn't my fault I picked up the wrong drink, I was told the drink handed to me was mine. In other words, I get the wrong drink handed to me and I have to pay AGAIN if I want the drink I ordered in the first place. At Starbucks and other fast paced coffee stops, they write the names of the customers on the cups to avoid any incident like the one I went through. Even if I would have to pay for another drink, I wouldn't mind, like I said I love their chai; the fact that he made it seem that I broke the law for coming back and trying to get my order was lack of customer service.

Best coffee in the Bay Area! I don't care who you are or what you think about any other coffee shops. This place puts Starbucks, Peet's, Philz, or whatever to shame! The coffee here is so good you'll get an A on your final without even studying. Just drink their coffee, show up to class and boom A+ 110%, Stanford, Columbia, Berkeley, you name it. Cookies are great too. Don't forget to tip them.
