Came here on a Tuesday afternoon so I was able to quickly order. I was excited to discover that this place sold Asian flavored items, for some reason I wouldn't have expected it based on the name and outside of the shop. I got a Thai Iced Green Tea which the cashier was able to make really quickly. It tasted delicious and refreshing. Definitely want to come back to try other items on their menu. Inside was very clean and much larger than expected. Would be nice to read or work from. I always see people sitting outside which seems nice to be around the lagoons.

Was craving a sweet treat and stopped by a nearby coffee shop! I saw the matcha pandan and immediately ordered it.Although I loved the drink, the pandan definitely overpowered the matcha flavor. It was quite sweet and I personally would prefer it a little less sweet! Very delicious though! I think for the price it was quite good as well.Service was very quick--there's lots of parking too as Coffee & Tea Traders is located in a plaza.

I got the ube waffle and I did not read because it was supposed to come with ice cream (which I did not want). Luckily, they said they ran out and gave me a different price of the waffle since it was just the waffle. It was a really good waffle - decently sized too. The croissants were delicious too. I got the strawberry cold foam Vietnamese coffee. This one was too sweet for me. The pandan coffee surprisingly was not that sweet. It had that nice pandan taste with coffee and I actually really liked it. Would definitely come back. The staff are nice, there's a parking lot, and they're always coming up with new creative drinks or desserts.

Excellence!!! I suggest checking out their drink menu online before you pull up. They have a ton of delicious looking menu items!! I find the drink menu exceptional. Especially for those who love a variety of choices. I would try something new everyday. I wish I lived closer to this coffee shop! Support small businesses!

Stopped in for a blue (pea flower) matcha coconut latte and almond croissant. Venue is in the shopping plaza with Safeway and a few other restaurants and a nail salon next door. They seem to have a creative coffee and tea menu that I'd like to try next time. My drink was an interesting flavor combo and prices are reasonable here. They have an online menu to order ahead too. Wifi is also available here, with seating inside and outside.

If you're in Alameda on Harbor Bay Isle looking for breakfast options to go, I highly recommend Coffee & Tea Traders. It is also a great place to have a meeting with coffee and pastries and sit outside. You can always catch a group of people relaxing and connecting over coffee with their pets. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and so is their coffee. Their customer service is awesome and can accommodate any substitutions. They're also are a small family business across the street from a Starbucks drive thru. This place is a much better option with more food selections. Only bad thing is they do not have a restroom which can be tricky when drinking coffee. There is a Safeway and nail shop very close where you can use the restroom.

We needed to get a few things from Safeway and had the Beast with us. While she went into the store, I walked the Beast around the center. Needing coffee, I looked at the website for Traders. Unfortunately, it told me that the next pick-up time was at 7:30 the next morning. I tied the Beast where we could keep an eye on each other and entered the Coffee Shop. Ordering was on a kiosk, which I detest using. I never use self-checkout either. I found the kiosk to be less than intuitive and decided not to continue. A voice asked if she could help me. This is my preferred way of doing business whenever possible. I intended to order a Large Iced Mocha, whole milk with whipped cream (for the Beast) and a Mango Tango Tea for my wife. I mentioned that the app wouldn't let me order a drink for the same day and she replied that the ordering system for same day drinks shut down at 1pm. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that but whatever. I paid and kept an eye on the Beast outside while my drinks were being prepared. She pushed forward the Mango Tango first and then a Large Hot Latte. (sigh) Being flustered with the ordering system, I was no longer sure what I had ordered so I kept the Latte. That's usually my drink of choice anyway. There were two straw types available, and I grabbed what I thought was the one with a larger bore. When my wife couldn't get the pieces of Mango through the straw, I realized that I had chosen incorrectly, and they were now closed. My Latte was very pedestrian. Functional but not particularly flavorful. She mostly enjoyed her Mango Tango Tea, especially the fruit and Mango Jelly. I thought it was a bit sweet and could have used more ice. Would I return? Probably not. Service was perfunctory and not particularly friendly or inviting. Maybe it was because it was toward the end of the business day.

Solid coffee spot! We came here on an early Saturday morning, so it was quiet and peaceful. This was my first time in the area and I loved the beach town/coastal vibes. There are tables and chairs inside and outside the shop. The back door leads to the harbor/dock, which has a magnificent view. I loooove Vietnamese coffee and this place offers a variety of options. I got the Ube Iced Latte Vietnamese Coffee ($6.65), subbed oat milk (+$0.70). I really enjoyed my drink. There was a good balance of ube and coffee, and the sweetness was perfect for my taste. My brother and cousin got the Vietnamese Salt Coffee ($6.65) and Vietnamese Iced Matcha Latte ($7.45), respectively. My brother thought his drink was slightly too sweet but otherwise liked it. My cousin really liked her drink. I took a sip of it, and I thought the combination of matcha and coffee was really good. We also ordered the Breakfast Burrito ($11) with avocado (+$1.50). It had cheese, eggs, and bacon in it. I typically like my breakfast burritos with potatoes, so I was a little disappointed to see none. However, I still enjoyed the burrito. It was nice and warm, a good little breakfast for the morning.

We ordered the pandan matcha and ube affogato here and both tasted great! I loved the size to price ratio. A lot of places charge absurd prices for a super small cup but you can get a large sized cup here for approx $7. There is wifi so you can do work or study here BUT there are no outlets so keep that in mind and make sure that your devices are pre-charged.

Very colorful drinks! The lattes were ok. It was heavy on the sweet. The lemonade was decent as well. Everything was very sweet. The area was in a good location. The worker was nice. There's a self serve kiosk where you can just order and pay.
