Coco Bubble Tea's newest location is in the City Square Center by Lion Market. There is plenty of parking in this plaza. The interior is not fully setup yet. Not sure why. Also the kiosk is "Out of Order" Only a table and a few chairs are set up.Tropical Surprise - passionfruit, boba, and coconut jelly (4/5). I was surprised the boba was out and they just opened up. Overall, 3.5 stars.

Came here with a small group and we all ordered the Brown Sugar Jasmine Pearl Milk Tea since they had a special on this for $3.99. The boba was well made, very chewy, but the drink itself was essentially diluted milk. No taste of brown sugar or the jasmine tea. We were all very disappointed especially since we all had CoCo in Taiwan and had such a positive experience. Like other reviews have mentioned, the kiosk is out of order. The bathroom is also out of service, so we didn't stay there very long.

I came on a Monday at 1 PM, and was the only customer in the store during the entire time I was waiting for my order. They were out of the Tropical Special (which I found strange since it's one of their recommended drinks and it was relatively early in the day) so I ordered a Mango Green Tea instead with 70% sugar and less ice. It took around 5 minutes for them to make the drink and call my name. The store definitely has a more quiet environment, but I enjoyed seeing all their merchandise that they sell while I was waiting. The Mango Green Tea was okay. It was very sweet and had a good mango taste to it. The only reason I wouldn't give this drink a five-star is because the drink tasted like mango juice, not mango tea. I'm sure if I asked for 50% sugar, I'd only taste more water rather than a stronger tea taste. Overall, an average boba experience. If I wanted a refreshing juice, I'd come again because the price isn't too bad :) But for higher quality tea, I'd go somewhere else.

Overall the team selection was pretty good, the boba was good (not overcooked). The service was quick and courteous, they even suggested ice and sweetness levels based upon customer feedback. The inside has lots of space, but there are no tables or chairs to sit, so be prepared to get your drink and go.If you happen by some local noodle spots in the area, this will hit the spot afterwards.

Really great prices and well made drinks. You can't find tea for $6 or less these days. They always have rotating promos and bogo offers too.

I don't know what this place is doing. Like other previous comments it seems like many of their drinks are very diluted and watered down. Also the venue is so big for a boba place but they're not utilizing it. I've had CoCo before and it's not by any means a newer brand (maybe newer up here in the Bay but it's been around in SoCal for quite some time now).Self service kiosk was down. Lots of room in the front of house but only one table which employees were sitting at.Couldn't make their "CoCo cake" because they ran out of cake batter. It was still early evening in the day too, no reason to be running out like that.I think the management is lacking here and they're not ensuring proper quality and brand standards.

I tried going here a few more times to see if there could be any redemption.Sadly my impression has decreased to 2 stars due to an issue with the milk tea.Why is it the pearls are so clumpy to the point it can't be separated? Sure I tried mixing ( a lot ) and shaking more than most. The pearls are always stuck together and somehow become sort of a pain. Until you actually uh, cut open the cup and eat it yourself?Don't think I intend to come here again unless this and the empty joint interior is addressed

I learned my lesson of choosing the standard settings when it comes to trying new drinks, so I got regular sugar and ice when I was here. Neither of the two green "tea"s that we ordered had any tea taste in them. Practically flavored sugar water with toppings. Would be a nice spot to hangout but they took "minimalism decor" a bit too seriously: one set of table and chairs in the entire store and it was occupied by the workers. The cashier was nice at least.

Came here during grand opening, and honestly was a bit disappointed by the quality of the boba and the drinks. It tasted pretty diluted. Service was quick though! Curious how long this will survive given the competition around here. They also should have some chairs and tables? It's so large in here but so empty.

Like others have mentioned, this branch of Coco Bubble Tea unfortunately sucks. The base of their milk tea tastes like they used milk powder rather than milk. I prefer their branch in San Jose's Valley Fair. I wasted my money here sigh.
