Pretty crowded place during the weekends as people come & go grab coffee in this popular cafe shop. The interior resembles Vietnam a lot as you get a lot of greenery & the beautiful painting on the wall. As for food, I got both of their pandan & ube waffles, toffee coffee, and Hoi An Imperial desserts. The pandan waffle was so unique compared to other waffles I've tried where they had actual pieces of jellies inside, so the texture is great. Same with the waffle, very mochi-like and they give you actual dipping sauce to dip it in. I don't like chè, so I didn't eat it. However, they had various toppings & jellies in the Hoi An Imperial. I gave all of it to my parents & they all LOVED it. They said it's very different to their usual order from other places, and it came out warm which is a plus.

OK, so my wife discovered this place here on yelp. It was a trending new place showing that it just opened. It's definitely a hidden gem so to speak where it's located in a Plaza surrounded by a lot of office buildings around it. It's a pretty good place features a good Korean restaurant a few doors down they have a round table and other Local restaurants. I plan to drive in the near future.Let's get down: Co Ba tea and coffee our go to Boba and waffle spot go to. One percent heartedly support this place because everything we ordered was so good.! as mentioned earlier my wife found this place and took our nephew and her brother. It was so good the following day when I get home from work, my wife is like you have to try this place and we went there like at 9:30 at night I should be sleeping. I'm so glad she took me there in terms of drinks, I tried their Thai iced tea was so delicious because it had a bit of a stronger taste than what I'm used to at the same time. It did not feel water down. It was simply delightful. The green pandan waffle is without a doubt the absolute best Greene ever it's nice and crisp on the outside soft in the inside it's very flavorful. They have shaved pieces of coconut directly inside of the waffle. YUMMY! Coconut dipping sauce is included and it's a total game changer that levels up the taste of the waffle.Overall, this was a wonderful first time experience and we will definitely be back and tell all of our friends how awesome this place! The service is amazingly friendly, it's easy to order and the staff works hard, taking orders from the customers, to wiping down tables, and calling out orders. Thank you for making us feel welcome and providing us with excellent food drink and drinks

Kind of a hidden gem to me (a lot of offices/buildings around it).Shared parking lot in plaza.Place looked bright and clean when we walked in.Order on kiosk or register.Good amount of seating and lovely art on the wall.Pandan Waffle - It was sooo good and the texture on the inside was mochi like. Very soft and chewy! It also comes with coconut sauce on the side which complimented the waffle really well.Matcha Cloud - I think it's my first time trying a matcha coconut milk with matcha cream drink and I was pleasantly surprised! The flavors were strong and good! I love the creaminess from the coconut milk and cream. I drank it pretty quickly (I usually take my time to finish drinks, but I it was just too good). I would probably get less sweet next time just to see if I would prefer that or keep it regular and wait for the ice to dilute it a little.A little on the pricier side, but the quality is there! My friends got their viet che drinks and it's their favorite spot for it! I tried a little bit of it and it was good, but I still prefer my drink.Service was great/seemed nice!! Got our items quickly.Overall: Pleasantly surprised by everything and I am glad to finally have checked them out! Flavors are strong in a good way.

I've had a lot of pandan waffles in my life, but this one is deserving of its hefty price tag at $7.50. It's perfectly crispy on the outside with the perfect amount of mochi making it chewy on the inside. There's long bits of real coconut which was the best surprise with each bite. The pandan waffle came with a dipping coconut sauce which was the cherry on top. The Sweet & Salty was nothing special. It's good Vietnamese coffee but you can find ones for cheaper than $8 in the South Bay. Most of the other items on the menu are a bit pricey. It could be inflation. It could be because they're using high quality ingredients. Either way, I'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

Very cute and cozy place to hang out with friends for chitchat.. I would say the pricing were so a little pricey for drinks and desserts so it's worth to spend some quality time to enjoy the music and conversation with friends rather than just stop by for grabbing the snacks.

Classic Phin espresso w condensed milk was super strong, and I also got 25% sugar which I regret. I asked them to add regular milk and even though they said they don't usually do that (I think they're supposed to stick to the recipes?) they were rlly nice and fixed my drink :)I'm so used to coffee drinks not being strong enough so I'm impressed but next time will just get the phintastic since it also has whole milk. After tax and tip this was $8 which feels like a lot but I guess it's normal these days...Free WiFi for up to an hour, and nice indoor seating with outlets at all the booth seats. Calm music in the background, great place to study. I'll probably come here again and try their matcha or milk teas.

My friends and I stopped by Cô Ba on a Friday evening after dinner to satisfy our dessert cravings. The cozy spot was filled with groups of families and friends, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The space is modern and charming. Alongside the beautifully painted mural, I'm a big fan of the wood accents paired with the green plants. You can order either at the kiosk or directly with a staff member, which is very convenient. The menu offers a great variety, including chè, drinks, waffles, and even bánh mì. There are both hot and cold chè options as well.I chose the Sai Gon Pearl, which was refreshing with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. I also got to try my friend's Ha Noi Mist and absolutely loved the creamy coconut milk. That one is definitely on my list for the next visit. Both were not too sweet, which means it is perfect! I can't wait to see how Cô Ba grows as a local small business! Highly recommend.

Co Ba Dessert is a hidden gem in North San Jose, offering a delightful array of Southeast Asian-inspired treats. If you're a fan of unique flavors and mochi-like textures, their pandan and ube waffles are a must-try. With a chewy, slightly crisp exterior and the aromatic flavors of pandan and ube shining through, these waffles are a fun twist on a classic treat. To accompany the desserts, we tried the Kumquat Royale, a refreshing and zesty drink that perfectly balances sweetness and tang. It's the ideal palate cleanser between bites of indulgent desserts. The Sa Pa Delight was another highlight--a comforting combination of sticky rice, corn, pandan, and coconut sauce. It had a nostalgic vibe that made us think of homemade desserts. Meanwhile, the Da Nang Supreme, a mix of cassava, purple yam, pandan jelly, sago, and coconut sauce, was a textural and flavorful delight. It reminded us of bubur chacha, a beloved dessert from Malaysia, with its rich coconut base and playful medley of ingredients. Co Ba Dessert is a haven for anyone looking to explore bold, tropical flavors in a cozy setting. Whether you're stopping by for a quick treat or a dessert feast, it's a spot worth savoring. Don't skip it if you're in the area!

The handful of times we've been here, my husband and I will try one new thing. So far our staple go to items are the pandan waffle with extra coconut sauce and peach perfection. This latest time we added another drink, lychee rose. If you love the lychee flavor you have to get this drink. I'm knocking off peach perfection for this drink! The ambiance is great for a small groups or even just a little stop by yourself. You can either order from the self service kiosk or at the counter.

I'd been wanting to try this cafe for some time now and I'm glad I finally gave it a try! I saw they are offering a drink and flower bundle now through Valentine's Day so I decided to drop in today on the way to something in the South Bay! It came out to $25 for mine, I got the matcha paradise drink with oat milk and of course the flowers. The girl named Eliza working there was very nice and she even complimented my hello Kitty charm on my phone. The drink tasted so good! I'll definitely be back because I really enjoyed the flavor. It's a cute shop too, I could see it being a great study/workspace. One she finished making my drink she let me pick my favorite of the bouquets that they had available which was nice. I think it's a very cute huddle and very creative. The drink was great, I enjoyed it here I'll be back!
