The butterscotch latte was great along with the pear brie toast. the service was okay, didn't interact much other than to order and pick up. Cute little pottery wall of little things you can buy. Small space so there's only a long table and the bar table parallel to the register. Spent $23 on 2 coffees and a toast.

I tried the butterscotch latte, black sesame latte with a shot of espresso, and their guava pastryJust my personal opinion, I felt like both drinks were not sweet enough. I wish there was more cream for the butterscotch latte. As for the guava pastry, it was okay. Service and Ambiance of the cafe is nice though, parking lot is limited but at least there's street parking

great spot. a bit pricey at $8 for my iced vanilla latte but it's beautiful here. a great spot to study or work but do note the wifi signal is weak outside (should set up a mesh network) so u may need to hotspot from your device. It's very serene here right by the quiet, small Palo Alto private airport. Great salads, good coffee. Def recommend! Also, it's a bit cold outside now in December and for some reason their heaters are all off. Its also cold inside with their AC running so bring a jacket or hoodie. lol

My friend and I came across this hidden jewel and I have to say, after tasting one bite of their Burrata Salad, I honestly felt like I was on Cloud 9! The Tomato Mozzarella Tartine was equally delicious! The ingredients were so incredibly fresh! This was probably one of the best salad and tartine I've had! We sat on their outdoor patio and enjoyed the rustic country view and wild flowers in the garden. It was a perfect lunch! The kumquat soda was also very refreshing! If I'm ever back in Palo Alto, I will have to come back! I love this place!

I've been eyeing Cloud9 for a while, and finally got to go today! Such a cute cafe-- the environment is beautiful and relaxing, and there's a lot of seating.I had an iced lavender latte that was really great, but the best thing I had was the croissant waffle!!!! It lived up to the hype and I can't wait to come back and eat another one:)

I really wanted to like this place because it's close to Baylands, which is one of my favorite places in the area. Unfortunately, the place is just too cramped and crowded both inside and outside. If you are just looking to grab a coffee togo, it is perhaps ok, but don't expect to sit and relax here with a cuppa joe and take in the views. They do have a good selection of coffee and food items, and the staff is friendly. I tried their cloudy coffee, and it was just about alight.Very limited parking as well.

Nice coffee shop next to Palo Alto airport. It is very cozy inside, and it also has outdoor seating. The butterscotch latte is good. The almond croissant is good but a bit dry. The tonic coffee is good.

Came with a large group (hence the large spread) and sat outside, weather and vibes of the cafe were really nice, I liked the little outdoor games they had. Got all food/drinks fairly quick and everything was good.

Cute little cafe by the Palo Alto airport (didn't even know there was a Palo Alto airport). The Thai tea latte caught my eye and then I just couldn't resist my favorite cookie, a ginger molasses so this meal kicks off self care Saturday. The latte had that characteristic redness of Thai tea so clearly there is assam tea in the mix but it didn't really impart the distinct Thai tea flavor for me. The cookie is sourced from the Midwife and the Baker, an amazing bakery in Mountain View and it was as good as expected - exceptionally chewy with a bit of crispness from the course sugar topping, good ginger flavor from the chunks of candied ginger, and not too sweet. There is complimentary WiFi for an hour here so there were a decent number of people hanging out. Their front patio area is also pretty nice with some oversized games and some more cushiony patio furniture.

Ambiance: 5/5 (there was a kid yelling, but I don't think they can control that) overall, the tables were pretty wood and there's a little shelf with merchandise and other cute things Service: 4/5 drink was made quickly and well, but the server asked me if i wanted my drink for here or togo and i said for here because I wanted it in a mug, but she gave it to me in a flimsy paper cup, and i had to ask for it in a mug after. They also close at 3, which is a little earlyDrinks: good, I had the chai latte and my boyfriend had the strawberry match latte. They were both good, and the price was somewhat reasonableOverall 4/5, I'd go again!
