Classic Burger of Los Gatos

I'm so glad we've this classic diner here! They cook your food when you order. Burgers are delicious and the Pattie's are thick! French fries are so good! Fried perfectly crispy and soft on the inside. They have an abundance of milkshake flavors that we love. Our favorite flavor to combine are raspberry and Oreo or chocolate! The inside is has ample seating as well as outdoors for nice summer days or spring. They've a variety of food, chilli cheese fries, fried zucchini, fried mushrooms, shrimp basket, steak sandwich, teriyaki bowl, etc.. There is also daily specials at a great cost! The workers are very friendly. You can also order via phone and pick up your order for takeout! Extremely clean establishment and great food!

I've been meaning to come here for the past year or 2 and finally got my chance! Clearly a staple in the community, as it looks like it's been here for decades. You know I'm a sucker for hole in the wall burger joints.I was a bit concerned when I walked into the restaurant to get my order at 12:30 and there was only 1 other person inside during the lunch rush. I was prepared for the worst but the years of build up for simply stopping to try this place wouldn't lower my hopes. I called in an order for 2 bacon cheeseburgers with mushrooms and fries. The fries are standard, but definitely not bad at all. They served their purpose. The burger was surprisingly big, especially for the price. This is the old school place I was anticipating it would be in all aspects. The burger was fresh and well seasoned. The only last concern was if it would make my stomach ache or something. Nobody inside, good price and flavor? This doesn't add up..... but it does! Very pleased with my experience and meal, I'm not sure how often work will bring me here but I'm definitely coming back. It's all about the small businesses and I'm glad I could do my part to support them.

I come here for the lettuce wrapped cheeseburger and small fries! It's very neat and not messy. The lady who took our order was super friendly and courteous. They always have plenty of parking. You can sit inside or outside. They have brand new high top tables and chairs. The menu is pretty extensive for a small restaurant. I visit this place at least every two months.

The service was wonderful and everyone is very nice. The burgers are juicy flavorful and so satisfying. I'm drooling just thinking about going back. A very casual and laidback joint. You want a basic and good solid burger? This is it. You won't regret it.

Yum. Did takeout lunch and it was as great as ever. Yeah, I did the shrimp and french fries again. Fries were perfect even though they were in a container as I drove them home (a little more than a mile). Shrimp were also hot and crispy and perfect. I like the cup of cocktail sauce they enclosed. It was just the right amount. Hubby had cheeseburger and onion rings, and in typical fashion, he's the master of the understatement. Me: how was itHim: it was niceWhich means it was executed well and he enjoyed it.Next time I think we'll eat there. The dining area is so nice and open. And there is an outdoor eating area.

Delicious burgers made fresh to order. Very good service. Like an old drive in style restaurant.

We would always drive by this place over the years but my husband one day decided to try this place out and no regrets! We got the double cheeseburger which was not greasy at all and big for the price we paid. The onion rings were excellent, not greasy at all either but it would have been nice if they gave more. It was somewhat unexpected to see Asian people in charge of the place but there were no issues with this. Haven't tried the kids menu so not sure how this would be. We'll be back!

Pretty much our go-to burger place in Los Gatos. Like the name says, it has a classic burger joint kind of vibe.They'll wrap your burger in lettuce instead of a bun if you ask, no problem, but they also have several sandwiches if burgers aren't your thing. And everything is made fresh & hot to order.You can order at the window outside or order at the counter inside. Bathrooms are at the back and you'll need to ask for a key to access.Multiple hantizers are available in different inside.When we meet up with family for burgers this is where they all want to go.

I've been coming to this spot for years and it's always the place I mention when someone asks who has the best burgers and fries. I will never stop talking about how delicious this cute classic place is! I get the bacon cheese burger and it's always a hit! The bacon is thick and crispy, the cheese is so gooey it sticks to the wrapper around the burger! The lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh and crisp. The thing that I always look forward to the most though are the fries, they are the crispiest and freshest fries I've ever had. They come out piping hot and they stay hot until the end of the meal (that's how hot they come out!) I could eat here every single day! This trip I got onion rings as well and they were decently crispy but the inside with the onion got a little mushy which I personally don't care for though they were still good. I don't think I'd order onion rings again just because I can't justify the price with the taste but the burger and fries are 100% worth it every single time.

3 and a half starsa super homey comforting burger that has a familiar taste and leaves you satisfied. Nothing like a warm tasty burger on a cold evening in the winter. the menu (as you can see) is vast and leaves no craving left off. i knew i wanted a burger and a burger is what i got. the picture itself shows a piled high burger and a stack of french fries. the food itself was nothin to complain about but nothing to write home about either. it was satisfying but not somewhere in eager to return to. the meal came out to $17 which to me is more than what i would prefer to spend for a small burger joint, but i understand we got bills to pay. the servers were not the nicest but i also understand serving people at 8pm after a long day of work.they didn't have ranch either and when asked for ranch, i was given a tiny cup of what i thought was tartar sauce.the peanut butter shake (no picture) i ordered was more vanilla ice cream and peanut butter syrup and i was so-so on it. but my friend who ordered the orange shake said he was very pleasedoverall, probably won't come back? but not mad at the place
