I wholeheartedly appreciate the staff here and for how they were able to accommodate our situation. We had to have a last minute venue change post funeral service and it was a scramble to find a place that could host 50 people within 2 days notice. I forgot to get names, but the man that answered the phone - thank-you for being so understanding of our situation and worked with us. There aren't banquet sets, but I was able to pre-order meal sets for each table of 10. Appetizer, soup, entrees and rice. Of course things never go the way one wants, especially in a highly stressful situation. 2 hours before our initial time of 2:30pm, I had to add 20 more people (2 tables) and thankfully the staff were able to accommodate. Service ended...and everyone just scrambled to the restaurant by 1:30pm. I cannot thank the staff enough that they were able to handle a hoard of people flooding the restaurant, with another additional 30 people that wasn't accounted for coming. Emotions were so high and frustration as well, but the staff made things simple for it all to be managed. There weren't big tables in the restaurant anymore so we were able to work out a mini buffet arrangement for everyone else that filled the booths and such. It felt like a full restaurant takeover. For the amount of food and people there were, food was cranked out quick and I'm glad everyone was fed (despite the complaints, which wasn't the restaurant's fault at all). As for the food, it wasn't much noteworthy though the assorted fried appetizers were pretty nice. I would categorize this as more Americanized Chinese food than anything, it was fine. The battered meats were mostly batter than anything, but overall - it'd do, everyone was fed.Final Thoughts: Overall, I just cannot appreciate the accommodation of the staff. They were scrambling to get something for everyone and we really appreciate it.

This was some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Nothing had much flavor. Orange chicken was rubbery and muted. Tasted fake. The fried rice was dry and didn't have any of the typical peas, carrots, or even eggs. It was also expensive. I spent $73 for chow mein, fried rice, sizzling beef, curry chicken, and orange chicken.

Well most of the food that I get from this place is awesome except I have tried now three times they're cream cheese wonton and they sucked every time. I don't know if they're just pre-frozen the way they are they make them fresh but damn they're chewy and the cream cheese has no crab flavor.

The food has went downhill over the years. The service is pretty much self serve considering it's a buffet, but the people that refill drinks are usually on top of it. And the ambiance is nice if you like dirty carpets that stick to your shoes and sticking to tile floors and going into restrooms that haven't been properly cleaned in over a decade! Go elsewhere.

We have been customers here for over 10 years and we still drove one hour and a half to eat here. I have a diabetic son who walked in with small zero sugar soda. As soon as we walked in the older guy with glasses which I think is the owner told us we couldn't walk in with outside drinks. We told him my son was diabetic and he needed to carry a small drink incase his blood sugar would go low but he still denied it so in that case we took it back to the car and mind us we were very respectful throughout his whole situation and we never disrespected the man in any way or form. It got to the point when we were seated and the same older guy came to us and said that " If we weren't comfortable we were welcome to leave and as a matter of fact I will not give you any service in my restaurant ". At this point we felt discriminated so then we asked to talk to his manager or anyone higher than him. Moments later another guy came to us and we explained the whole situation and he said he was sorry and asked to take our order but at this point we were too uncomfortable to eat here so then we walked out. As we walked out we told that same older guy who told us about the drink that he needs to be more kind to the customers and have a better form to treat the people. As a customer coming here to eat with my family for 10+ years they lost me, they preferred losing a customer even though the place was empty...0 Stars never coming here again.

I order some dishes today One of them was combination fried rice Beef/shrimps and chicken Chicken was raw .... I callThem know the situation and they just keep asking my name , my phone number and what's was my order By the end they did not resolve my problem they just keep saying chicken was cooked twice .also I order brócoli beef and was just a few pieces of beef was more brócoli

I've ordered here once before and the food was outstanding. Two of the things I ordered no not so much. This time. The pork tenderloin which I thought would be in like strips is the picture below chopped up and now it's real dry. The wontons that have the cheese filling are dry and chewy. I have to admit that the beef with the green onions was really good in their chow mein is really good.

the fried rice was not fresh it was hard not able to eat or swallow the chicken Chow mein was all moisty and it broke easily it was just the worst experience I have had this is totally unhealthy
