My sister booked Chef Drew for a dinner party for her birthday and the experience was fantastic. He provided menus that matched our color scheme, the plating of the food was so pretty, and portion size for each course was great. And of course the food was delicious!

I got so lucky reaching out to Andrew!My husbands birthday is on Christmas and due to lockdown I had to change my plans. Luckily Andrew was available on Xmas day and he made everything so easy. No lies, I was worried at first since it's my fist time reaching out to a private chief . We went through his menu and believe me , it wasn't easy to choose... he has all the good stuff out there . We picked wagyu , hamachi , sea bass, pear salad , and scallops It's was BOMB.com !Andrew made us a cute looking menu as well! They cleaned all the dishes too! I was like woah!The whole family had a great experience and from now on they only wanna do such a dinners ! Planning another even soon Andrew!

His food possesses exquisite and unique flavors that I've never seen paired together and fuses it with natural elements in the presentation (beautiful edible flowers). He balances his menu with amazing proteins of the highest quality with creative and fancy takes on every day sides like a decadent truffle mac n cheese. He literally transforms your dining experience and brings you on a journey across different textures, flavors, types of wagyu, hamachi, sea bass, toro, from different countries, and displays the food as a feast for both your eyes and your tastebuds. Chef Drew's portions are plentiful, his prices are fair, he and his assistant provide top notch service and tailors the menu to your wishes while anticipating surprise dishes; we've dined with Chef Drew over 10 times to date. He is a humble and talented chef and will provide you an experience you will want to repeat over and over again.

My Dining experience at Chef Drew and Chef Ha's pop up in the east bay was phenomenal. These guys go ALL OUT! We're talking fine dining-Michelin rated food experience here, but with a super chill and fun pop up vibe. Atmosphere: This particular dinner was set in a gorgeous huge home in the east bay. The tablescape looked like it was set up for a wedding at the four seasons. There were name cards, chargers, flowers, candles, the whole nine! Everyone was warm and friendly. The chefs are both very professional, yet very relaxed and approachable. They even had support staff.Pre Dinner: I really appreciated the wine AND WHISKEY BAR, along with a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board set out for pre-dinner enjoyment. Made it easy and fun to chit chat and get to know other diners. Seating/dining: Upon seating at the very fancy table, The chefs both addressed their guests, describing the menu and sharing their inspiring journey and passion for cooking. Super cool. Food: Everything was pretty to look at and so good, everyone devoured everything that was set in front of us. Their food brought joy to the table. People were sharing food and travel stories. We had great wine pairings. It was such a good experience. Fave Dishes:*uni/oyster/quail egg shot: I could've had 20 of these*wagyu, uni and foie gras: droolfest** they even served a lemon sorbet Amuse-bouche *main: 2 huge beautiful wooden slabs set on either side of the table displaying so much meat!! tomahawk steak cooked from well to medium to rare, and perfectly seasoned. *lemon meringue dessertFinale:Anyone who wasn't already in a food coma was invited to have seconds and thirds!! So I bought some Wagyu steaks from Andrew at AG Meats, along with the Otoro Tuna and Hamachi. Andrew's service throughout the whole process was incredible. He shipped them very carefully in a large box with a Styrofoam container inside with a lot of ice. The meats and fish were still practically frozen and unbelievably larger cuts than what i was expecting. Both cuts of meat I ordered were A5 BMS 11 marbling, and from Kumamoto and Miyazaki which are both just outside the Kagoshima prefecture in southern part of Japan. My son lives in Kagoshima, so I know the area well. But the quality of AG meats Wagyu steaks are top notch and the Otoro Tuna and Hamachi literally melted my mouth. This was a surprise for my wife as it was our 38th year anniversary and the experience was 5 star because of the surf and turf that Chef Drew sent us were of the highest quality. So I highly recommend his Wagyu Steaks and sushi if you really want the best experience if trying Wagyu for the first time or are a seasoned veteran. Thanks Chef; Can't wait to order more from you.

Chef Drew and his crew served a private party for my girlfriends special birthday on Sat. Sept 12th for 13 people. He and his crew were absolutely outstanding on their menu, food prep, service and timing. Chef worked with me ahead of time to create a menu that would satisfy any 'foodie' - of which there were several at out gathering. He is very personable, but extremely professional. The food was fabulous, finished with a wonderful Wagyu beef extravaganza. We would not hesitate to recommend he and his staff to anyone - and we look forward to taking advantage of his services in the future.
