Had good communication previous to the event and the tacos were good! Everything else leading up to the event was pretty unacceptable. 1. Workers arrived very late, past the hour and half prep time the owner Alina mentioned would be needed for the food items we ordered.2. Food was not served to my guest on time, which in turn set the tone of the event. I was very embarrassed with the standard of the side dish items and the scheduling of the food being served. 3. Rice and beans were cold, bland and hard. Several of my guest complained of this issue. Bacon wrapped hot dogs had bacon that was under cooked in some areas and burnt in others. Chips and salsa were to be served with the food but the chips the workers brought were practically crumbs and my host had to ask if we could start to serve them because my guest had already been waiting so long. Overall the tacos and the condiments for the tacos were good but everything else I could of gone without. I'll say this you do get what you pay for, Alina is affordable in some sense, but I would recommend paying the extra cost and going with another caterer to get what YOU WANT & ON TIME! The only thing that somewhat lightened the situation is the $50 discount she gave us after we finally got in contact with her.

Great communication ahead of time, easy to contact. Takes Venmo and payments which is helpful! The planned time to arrive/set up was 1-1:15 pm, party started at 2 pm and planned serving time was 3 pm. At 1:40 pm no one arrived and I didn't hear anything so I text the planner, she said they would arrive at 2 pm. He did arrive at 2 pm with the promise of serving at 3 pm as planned. He quickly scrambled to prepare. They did start to serve 40 minutes after time planned time @ 3:40 pm. So my guest waited. They ran out of carne asada half way through serving and had my guest waiting again as they cooked more. Rice and beans were cold, tacos were sooo good, fixings were also great. Guacamole salsa was to die for. However, we ran out of guacamole salsa quickly. The two serving were really professional, nice and answered any questions. A little annoying it didn't go much smoother. I heard great things from the referrals l. The food was good everything else didn't go extremely well. Party was about 75 people. They stopped the grill at about 4:45 pm. So served from 340-445 pm. Not as long as planned and they ran out of tortillas. They did leave the meat left over, and it was a lot because they grilled more asada. I got several price quotes for the party, this was on the lower range, I should of went with a higher price and maybe it would of been a better experience.

Highly recommended! We had Chacon's Catering come out for our daughters birthday party and they were extremely helpful and the food was delicious! They took care of all the food- assorted tacos, with all the condiments, 4 homemade salsas, grilled chile and onions, rice, beans, chips the service even included all the plates and cutlery! The customer service was amazing and despite the weather being against our spring day assumptions and provided lots of inconvenient wind, Alina and her team did not let that stop them! I will definitely be utilizing their business again!!

One heck of a catering business. Tacos on point! Good service and great set up. Very punctual when it comes to timing especially when Alina is serving em up. Great quality meats and a good variety.. ask about add ons besides just the tacos. Also great for your last minute needs. Don't hesitate to give her a call shes very friendly and professional.

I would not recommend this vendor. I found this vendor on social media and decided to go with her because she seemed promising. There was a contract made before before hand, she responded quickly and accepted Venmo which was beneficial for me. She showed up 2 hours before the event like she said she would. CONS: contract was for 150 people. One hour into serving she started to run out of food! Mind you the seating was for 140 people and I i still had 3 tables empty. It didn't make sense that she was running out. Her reasoning was that people kept coming back for seconds and thirds. (I didn't know there was a limit per person). Anyway so WE had to go buy more meat, asked her to heat it up and she still charged me an additional $100. I was so embarrassed because my guests had to wait while we made the food run and it be heated up. Also, the beans tasted like they were from a can. I ordered quesadillas and when I got mine to go eat, it had not been cooked all the way. It was just a bad experience overall.

Very polite and ALWAYS responded to my messages right away when I had questions or concerns, Food was great, had 3 meat choices that includes beans and rice.. I was able to add bacon wrapped hotdogs and a fruit platter for an unbeatable price.. Also there was a variety of salsas and other items to go with the tacos, I highly recommend them and I'm definitely going to book them again!

Chacon catering catered my sons graduation gathering & the service, food, & Set up was great!! They will be my go to for my catering needs!!
