What is messy, gooey, cheesy and yet delectable in every way possible.... The sandwiches at Chaat Junction!!!Thanks to @Chandrika B , who highlighted out the sandwiches at this place, did me and the better half get to enjoy this fare, in a place that this a stone's throw from where we reside. So, @Chandrika B , we owe you one!We got both the Paneer Grill Sandwich and Mumbai Jumbo Grill Sandwich and loved them both very muchI tended to lean towards the Paneer grill sandwich which I felt held together better as a sandwich , while the better half gravitated to Mumbai JG Sandwich, the humongous sandwich with loads of veggies stuffed in ( making it easier to break and crumble) but very tasty till the last bite. Both were generously topped with melted Amul cheese, the elixir that even makes cardboard taste wonderful !!We also got the Mumbai Vada Pav and this was declared as very good unanimously .The Khaman Dhokla was a bit of a let down , though fresh they lacked the fluffiness and taste that we usually expect with this dish. But all in all, a we discovered a wonderful place for some quick snacks ( more of a meal I think) and just beside our home.Try Chaat Junction ! You too will like it!

This place is located inside of an India grocery store (Bharat Bazaar). Interestingly they also have dinning in option - which is quite uncommon for Indian food stands in grocery stores. The menu is mostly Mumbai style street food with some North Indian options. It is quite refreshing to see grill sandwich, tawa pulao and pan bhaji taking the center stage on a menu. We tried:Pan bhaji (6/10) and tava pulao (8/10) combo Amritsari Chole (8/10) and paratha (9/10) combo Bhel puri (8/10)They have an offer running of free chaat item with orders over $25. So we chose Bhel Puri. The food was quite tasty. Chole and paratha was really tasty (unlike most other places that serve Chole). Pav bhaji was also good but different style than the one I am used to. Apparently this is the shiv sagar style so more mashed. I personally didn't like pav bhaji that much but again it might be a matter of personal preference. Tawa pulao was quite tasty and well spiced. Bhel puri was also good (minus too many peanuts). We will surely return to try their grilled sandwiches. It looked really good with three layers.

Located inside Bharat Bazar and near costco makes it an easy to access quick pit stop for indian street food!Loved the fact that the food and chai are freshly made and served with a smile by the friendly staff. In $22, we got-2 garam chai - indian tea good quantity 4/51 pav bhaji - decent spicy n good 16 ounce box of bhaji which was paired well with 2 buttered (small) pav bun and chopped onions and lime 4/51 bombay grill sandwich - yummy in the tummy so good 5/5Will definitely come back for more.#supportlocal

Very happy to see that my favorite food truck is now a kitchen inside my regular grocery store, Bharat Bazaar. I was disappointed when they went missing from outside Thali restaurant. Excited to see that they're great Sandwiches, pav bhaji and tava pulav. Now I can order good food while picking up groceries. Hope to see some more sandwich options as the Paneer Grilled Sandwich and Mumbai Jumbo Grilled Sandwich are really good.

Very disappointed. All their food had some slight smell of chlorine water or some ingredients gone bad. We really thought this would be a place that's a tough competitor to other Bombay chat eateries in the bay but no chance. The food is below average.Kachori chat though bestseller was soaking in yogurt and is the worse option for to go. If it's a to go order they need to improve their packaging. Tava pulao drenched in oil. Not a fan of their packaging either. Not trying again

Their chickoo shake and sandwich is the best. Tawa puloa tasted so good too . It's a small cafe within Bharat bazaar but they have sufficient seating. Give this place a shot for authentic Indian food!

Horrible experience! This place is inside the Bharat Bazaar. Two Mexican ladies were inside a kitchen nook. You place the order and then come pick up when the ringer buzzes. We ordered jumbo Mumbai sandwich, aloo Tikki chaat and spicy pav bhaji and extra pav, two thumbs up.The prices are not on the lower side. Food was meh- especially the Mumbai jumbo sandwich- it had cold shredded cheese which was not even melted. The sandwich was almost falling apart- it had small chunks of green bell pepper.Lacked chutney and was nothing even close to the grilled jumbo Mumbai sandwich. The aloo chat was okay.Spicy pav bhaji lacked butter and was lacking flavor as well. The thing that turned us off apart from the food was there were small cockroaches on the wall next to our table. So unappetizing and disgusting!

Tried out this place for the first time, One of the worst food ever. The service is fast because they literally microwave the curry and then put it to go. Also, For the cost of $17 which gets you a microwaved curry, 1 single parantha and day old rice. Waste of money, Time and appetite. Honestly so disappointing

This place is located inside bharat bazaar . we ordered sev puri, kachori chaat, cheese pav bhaji, spicy pav bhaji, plain paratha ,bombay sandwich and gulab jamun.pav bhaji had uncontrolled chillies but no salt and other spices. sev puri and kachori has stale smell and overall was very bad in taste. Plain paratha was piece of rubber. All the items are highly priced but low quality. Atleast they should not serve stale items .I am very disappointed and never coming back.
